1 starThe installation was the nightmare. The installer was 3rd party and shared he was a sub contractor as the original contractor could not do the job and asked him for a favor. This person was very negative about Express and scared the daylights as he made it feel like the demo work he needed to do would cause my estimate to inflate dramatically. There were some cracks in the foundation, which had been patched in a previous remodel. The installer made it seem like were going to have lots of extra charges for this. The installer did not have the proper tools to complete the job. The next issue with this installer was the lack of sealing up vents and rooms. They used a thin plastic sheet and painters tape in erratic spots to hold up the plastic. This left gaps which the dust was able to penetrate, our vents were not covered and dust was through out the home. The sheer lack of sealing off vents and rooms left our home a nightmare to clean. All the other fixtures were loosely covered. Their clean up was to take a dirty rag and move the dust on the floor. They did some vacuuming but not enough to address the dust. We ended up spending hours a full day to Free our home of the dust. Express did have a QA guy come out to check after I raised my concerns. Again 3rd party, took some photos and left. I Don't know if that caused the Installer to change his tune but it was too late. Unfortunately the damage was done, I had no faith in the company, the installer, the process, etc. I couldn't stop the project, and demand a refund. I was bent over and put in a uncomfortable situation. The Installer ruined our experience and I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Bottom Line, Rushed and pressured sales, horrible contractor/installer. The price I paid this company doesn't justify the experience even though the flooring looks good. Customer gets a negative experience and the company gets paid. Be mindful when considering this organization.Review fromDiane H

5 starsExpress Flooring did a great job installing my carpet.Although I had some hiccups initially, *** made good on his word and saw to it that the carpet was done to my satisfaction.******* and his helper were professionals and did the work of several people in a shorter amount of time.Express Flooring needs to give a shout out to *** who saw to everything and ******* and his helper for their knowledge and professionalism.Review fromMandy T

So many red flags with this company!! First off, the sales guy came in hot pushing carpet. Carpet was NOT an option for us given the fact that we were replacing our carpet because our 8 month old puppy had chewed large holes in ours. Were were looking for a more pet/kid friendly option. However, our sales guy continued to try to push carpet on us even bringing samples in from his truck. Should've seen the first red flag there. Then, (after he finally listened to what we actually wanted) the sales guy went around and did his measurements, came back, typed some things into his computer and then quoted us $18,000. Well, it's a good thing that we had done some homework and had already received a quote from a different company. We replied with, "wow, that's pretty high compared to the quote we got for $9,500." It was AMAZING how quickly the sales guy "found" discounts to get their price down to $9,500. Should have seen the second red flag there. At this point, we should have known better but we wanted the floors done quickly and they said they could install the next week. Plus, they said they'd move our furniture AND we were going to get a "free" vacation. So, despite the red flags, we wrote them a check and scheduled to have our new flooring installed. Fast forward to the morning of supposed install, our check has been cashed, but we have not heard a word from the company. My husband starts blowing them up and finally gets through to someone who tells him that the type of flooring we picked has been discontinued and our install was not happening that day. The ONLY good thing I can say about Express Flooring is that they refunded our money pretty quickly. Please do your homework and don't get scammed by this company. I know their logo's catchy- but they're sketchy.

5 stars********************, and ******* installed our carpet this morning. They were fast, courteous, and efficient. They are great representatives for Express Flooring. Moved and replaced *************, and removed and hauled away our old carpet. We would gladly have them again.Review fromAnna L

5 starsGetting an appointment was fast Gentleman that came was on time and very knowledgeable. Did not show me enough samples. A girl from the office called , told her what I was looking for, she texted 3 other samples. I liked the samples, color and plush. Gentleman came back, had the samples. Placed my order. Installation was on time. The two fellows that installed the carpet were great. Perfect, they moved my furniture, installed carpet, put furniture back before I know it. 5 starsOur experience was fantastic from the most-knowledge salesman to the skilled installers.All appointments were on time and met with courtesy and friendliness.Because I use a power wheel chair, the installers made sure I always had a path of travel in order to access our home.We had no clean-up as they not only moved all furniture but made sure everything was neat and orderly when they left.Needless to say, we highly recommend Express Flooring and plan on doing business with them in the future.
