      This company installed vinyl floors in almost all of my home back in July. After the struggle that it was to effectively communicate with this company -they don't answer their phone, and if/when they do, they just don't listen to your needs, I had to schedule with the installers directly, who seemed to be good but in a rush to finish the job. Among the many problems, 1) baseboards were never included in the estimate (beginner's first ******* ok, my bad); 2) the material didn't look as high quality as the sample presented, but I couldn't keep one to compare, so I have no proof. 3) the financial aspect was a mess with them; unfortunately, it had to be solved through a collector since the company was incapable of sending an invoice as requested by me for the difference of a little over $1.5k (out of a payment of over $22k that they did get right away btw). Funny, I was not even ten days late (given the fact that they charge your card the day the job is done, and to which I had no objection) when they "sent me to collections" without offering any options. 4) A month after the installation, we started having problems with the inside ** unit. It turned out they didn't cover anything while they worked, so they sanded inside the house, and the dust affected the ** to the point of breaking. Since we didn't have ** for three days, I needed to bring a specialist, which finally left me with several $$ less, with filters and ducts cleaned and repaired, 5) Almost two months after the installation, my stairs are falling apart. 6 of 14 of the steps have gotten unglued. They are a danger for my family and my pets. I have notified the installers, but in the end, it is the company's responsibility, and given my experience, I am not interested in contacting them anymore. I believe they should pay for my ** cost and do things right by me, unfortunately, I don't trust they will. I would NOT recommend this company.

      The team at Express Flooring is super professional. From start to finish.I used the website to schedule a visit and in 5 minutes I had someone calling me to set an appointment. Crazy fast!!The next day I had the site visit and the next day... We had floors and carpets installed in a few hours.Excellent service and finished product.

      My stairs look amazing. I am very pleased with the work. I was thinking I would do my strairs myself. Let's just say with all the work the installer put in, I'm glad I didn't. I would recommend them to others.

      BUYER BEWARE. For the quality of the product and the installation I would give 4 stars. BUT, beware of a quoted price and the high pressure to sign, or lose the chance to get the material you really like at an excellent "bulk" price. So, beware of the current add for 66 1/2% off because we were just curious about a "buy ONE room, get TWO rooms FREE" coupon and then our contract did NOT even specify the area of the two "free" rooms. If we "assume" only 3.7 sq.yds. for the two "free" rooms, we still paid $864 per sq.yd. for 29 1/2 sq.yds. to lay vinyl plank over tile with ZERO prep required and NO furniture to move (we did it all ourselves). Afterwards I researched to find that the EXACT SAME MATERIAL used was available online for the retail price of $122 per sq.yd., shipping included, with plenty in stock! It also only took the two installers less than two working days total to complete the job! But, when we were promised that all material was immediately available at signing, we had to wait one week after the job was started to get the trim finished and put our house back together. Also, NEVER accept, as we foolishly did, to pay the FULL amount in CASH at signing that the salesman required (again, use it or lose it)! Then, because installation began the next morning, that annulled our three-day cancellation clause. After realizing that we had been ripped off we did get a quote from another reputable business that came in at 65% LESS than Express Flooring for the same area and using equal or better materials. In conclusion, Express Flooring did offer a cruise voucher as compensation, worth $1500-$2000 but, to use it, it still cost from $700-$1400 to use it after we overpaid, as confirmed, close to $15,000 for our project!

      Same old, same old pre-recorded response to EVERY negative review. From my experience with non-help on this issue as well as so many other complaints regarding "lifetime" warranty service I don't have much faith or trust that that will be honored if ever needed either!

      Same-o, same-o rubber-stamped response to EVERY complaint! Words mean nothing! Action is what matters and that has been ZERO in spite of numerous calls already made. Please accept my $15,000 donation to the Express Flooring charity fund that I overpaid for your services. Too bad it's not tax deductible!

      Worst quality of carpet. I had a representative come to my house and show me samples. You only get small samples so it's very hard to see *************. I described exactly what I was looking for and he knew we have kids and pet so we need carpet that can stand up to traffic. He then brought out samples and told me it had a 30year warranty and how great this warranty was. I then asked to have the highest quality pad installed. After install I noticed that I could see the backing of the carpet in the hallway. I immediately called and spoke to a representative that took my message and said someone would contact me in two days. Today they contacted me and said they can do nothing for me. They haven't even bothered coming out to look at the crappy carpet. They just flat out said their is nothing they can do. This is the carpet I choose. How's that for customer satisfaction. If you are thinking about using this company I would run....RUN don't look back. For a 30 year warranty carpet I'm giving it 2 years max ***** That's the quality. It's less than builders grade. I also wanted the highest pad installed and it feels like I'm walking on concrete. This isn't a company you can trust and they obviously don't back their warranty if nobody is even coming out. Carpet was installed 9/2/2022 called them 9/2/2022 to explain situation. They just got back to me today 9/6/2022 and advised they will not do anything about it.

      I got new high-grade burber carpet in Sept. 2021. It looked beautiful at first but has quickly started to deteriorate. Almost immediately after installation, a loop pulled up across the carpet when I vacuumed, and then about 6 months in , I started noticing a fuzziness forming over the top in every room. I have called express flooring several times over the last 4 months. They have no idea what is causing it and filed a claim with the carpet company. They never call me back to let me know what's going on. I have to call them and then they tell me the same thing...a manager will call me back. The. I hear nothing. My carpet looks terrible and it's not even 1 year old yet. It's extremely disappointing and so far Express Flooring has done nothing to make it right. I do not recommending using this company. The carpet is not what they claim they are selling.
