The person helping did not have all the answers. And had to keep putting me on hold. And after spending over $2300 on my flex nitro tiles and them failing me so soon. Ive decide to have them replaced with a permanent epoxy coating floor. The new flooring will go down on the 3rd of April and will cost me another $4000. To get it corrected. Very disappointed and dissatisfied. If you live in an area that has any sunlight hit your flex nitro tiles. DO MOT ISE THESE TILES.FlooringInc.com

We are so sorry to hear of all the trouble with your flooring. Without pictures we are unable to exactly pinpoint the problem. When you do not have enough of a gap around the perimeter it will cause the tiles to buckle because it does not enough room to contract with the heat. We would be happy to send you courtesy double sided tape if the gap was not the issue.
