1 starYou really dont want my review. The calculator for flooring on your website calculates too much material and i based my order on that quantity. Over ordered by more than 2x, I have attempted to cancel the order, called and was placed on hold for 45 minutes finally gave up. I have emailed to cancel order with no response. Awful customer service. Sent in tax form and followed up with an email asking if they received it and if they need anymore info. Never heard back. Called the next day and spoke with the same individual and she said they needed some more info and that she would send me an email to let me know what was needed. Again I never heard from her. I could barely understand her with the phone conversation I had and I took my business elsewhere. I had many floor to purchase but now I took my business elsewhere. Very disappointed!

Order #******* Doing business with Flooring **** to purchase rubber flooring for our home gym was easy and efficient. The customer service rep answered all of my questions and provided a quote with information I provided via text message. The agent who contacted me explained he followed up on the order, apologized for the the mix up, and assured me it is on the way. I understand things happen, and when you are at the other end of the phone with an irritated customer you dont know what the reaction will be. Ive been in business for a long time and do know that things can go wrong. Dealing with the situation in a professional manner goes a long with your customers.FlooringInc.com
