Did not receive a call back and still have no update on when I will receive my order. First delivery was canceled, second delivery is late with no delivery date updated. Very disappointing service and still no sight of my order.

We had a little issue with the delivery date, but upon contacting them I had the pleasure to be taken care by **** and she was amazing.Not only she followed up as promised, she took care of our problem and offered a great solution.Things dont always go as planned in business and mistakes happen, but this companys response and especially **** deserve my best recommendation as a great company to do business with.Flooring was delivered, looks in great condition and is well packaged.Will do business with them again in the future.FlooringInc.com

Placed an order on Rubberflooring.com. Delivery arrived on-time on a Saturday in basic reinforced fiber paper material. When I opened the packaging, I noticed a little sample on the end of the package that showed the item delivered was incorrect. Measured the product to confirm and it was incorrect. Reached out to Rubber flooring on a Saturday and spoke to Sela *** ********** Case Specialist. **** was very professional and offered to review my order with her shipper and would get back to me on Monday or Tuesday. On Monday afternoon, I followed up and received a quick response from Sela that the correct item would be sent out shortly. A few days later the correct item was delivered. 5 starsSela T did a great job with her communications on status with each inquiry. I had a MFG defect with some floor tiles, and mfg took several extra days longer than they should have to make a decision on my requested refund, overall they did what they should have done.
