Buyer beware. I purchased rubber flooring for my home gym on 11/5/2022 as of 1/18/2023 I do not have the flooring or a resolution. I have called mutable times ending with a promise they will get me taken care of and will call me the following day with a solution. No one ever called me back so I would have to start the process again. At this point, all I want is a full refund but they are ignoring my request.FlooringInc.com

************************* did an absolutely amazing job for me today. She was patient and listened to what I needed. She offered to help me out and get to the bottom of why my $3600 order was delayed until the middle of January. Not only did she call me back but she found out that a glitch in the system sent me wrong delivery dates and that I would be getting my much needed order when I was supposed to get it. She is an asset to your company and deserves a freekin raise for the quality of service that she provided me today. Im also in the business of dealing with the public and the s*** attitudes and she was awesome.
