3 starsPlaced an order for shipping in 7 days. On day 10 I check the order status and it is pushes out 4 months. Never got a call or email to notify me of the change. The online order process was easy, just be careful if your ship to is different than billing address. It defaults to the bill to address and you will have to wait long times on phone to get someone. However that said ******************* from the customer service chat line was able to make it happen and change the address in time.Thank youFlooringInc.com

**************** is nonexistent. I have waited for hours and hours and hours on hold for two days because of an issue with my order# ****** No one ever answered. No one has returned my call from the queue either. One text was answered after a three day's wait with incorrect information. I placed and paid for my custom order in June with my shipment scheduled for Sept 2nd. I ordered in June so that I would be sure that my item would be in stock for September. Now I am told there is a delay because of a shortage of materials. What happened to the flooring I purchased? Not meeting my project deadline is causing massive problems for my business opening and I may potentially have to refund and lose customers.************FlooringInc.com

Flooring *** had the best price online for the vinyl flooring we wanted. There was an issue with the delivery from Fed Ex (not Flooring ***s fault), however, ***** from Flooring *** was very professional and resolved the problem promptly. ****** customer service exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely look to purchase from them again on our next project.
