      I am extremely disappointed with the ongoing service issues from your company. Residential waste pick-up is frequently missed, and reaching a representative through your customer service line is consistently difficult, often requiring extended hold times.Our scheduled pick-up day is Tuesday. I submitted a missed pick-up request and have followed up with daily phone calls since then. Today, I was assured that our trash would be collected by 6 PM. It is now 10 PM on Thursday, and the waste remains at the end of our driveway.This level of service is unacceptable. It is unprofessional, misleading, and does not reflect the level of reliability or value customers expect in exchange for what they pay.

      They can not reliably deliver service on scheduled day of pickup. For the last 5 pickup dates they have used the excuse unexpected circumstances pickup delayed by 6 hours to 1 day. At least they should be honest about the reason. I am not getting the contracted service I am paying for. I am going to start checking for a different service for recycling if there is one in ************.

      I would leave zero stars if I could but I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I have been with this company for many years & have never been late with any payments but for the past 3 weeks they won't pick up my trash. I have called a couple ************ say they will send someone out but that person just drives by & doesn't pick up my trash. *************. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

      This used to be a good company. I loved the fact that you could have a recycling container and garbage. It has enabled me to recycle conveniently. However, their service has become suspect. Missing pick-up days entirely. What is the purpose if you cannot rely on them doing the pickup?

      AVOID at all costs. This company raised their prices every single billing cycle, sent statements late and with insufficient time to pay, and applied late penalties immediately. Their service was also poor (late pickup, occasional missed pickup). When I canceled the service, I was due a refund for 2months of service. They have not sent the refund, and I've called several times. They also charged the equivalent of a MONTH's service just to pick up their bin. Their business practice borders on fraudulent. If my financial injury was greater, I would pursue them in small claims court. DO NOT USE this company for trash services.

      Worst company to do business with. Cancelled their service with a credit balance. Did not have contract with them. They bought my previous company. Cancelled because of constant service issues. They are now trying to charge a container removal fee and threating to turn in to collections!!

      By far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Contracts meant to s**** the customer. Terrible customer service. ASTRONOMICAL FEES upon cancellation even after you jump through all the hoops setup to s**** you. Once you think you are finished with them, ANOTHER bill that is somehow THREE TIMES the cost of monthly service for container removal shows up. This cost is not mentioned upon cancellation. I was even advised that I would get invoiced again and to ignore it. Just to get hit with the nearly $200 container removal fee TWO MONTHS after last service date.

      Republic Services is the absolute worst trash service company in the State of *******. They will increase your bill to almost double within months of the contract. They refuse to allow you out of the contract even though they breach. They add charges of nearly double if you do not close the lid prior to pick up. Their drivers will miss a pickup and when you call, they say they will have someone come out and never do. They get hostile with you on the phone when you call if you can get through. I would not recommend them to anyone. One star because it won't let you give none.

      These people are terrible to deal with - first they tell me they cannot pick up THEN change their minds & lure me into signing up. Next, they give me a schedule, and then THEY do not pick up, then reschedule but do not pick up on that date either. Next I try to reschedule again but when I tell them I cannot have it done on that day they ignore me and schedule it anyway. I am done with these people. They should NOT be in business!
