      June **** received with no notice of price and fee increase, total quarterly went up over 90% (old was $91.05, new is $173.60). Phone and email contact would not adjust any pricing. Contacted via social media on 6/16/22. After some back and forth and talking with neighbors about what they are paying a price of $300/year was agreed upon on 6/20/22. Asked when the billing would be updated, was given date of 6/27/22. On that date, no billing changes were done. Asked 6/29/22 when billing would be updated, was told it will and that no late charges would be applied. 7/6/22 asked when it would be updated, was told 7/15/22. 7/15/22 @ 714AM, asked why billing was not updated, response was 'it's in process. 7/16/22 asked why a credit was issued as the balance for the quarter would not equal an annual $300. 7/18 asked if this could be settled this week, no response.My history with Republic is that they increase the billing and add fees without any notice to their customers.

      If I could rate Republic lower I would. I would also fire them, if I could. I have had missed ***************************** waste pickups many times in the past. But this last week ... I'm over it. July 11th Republic skipped my entire side of the street for yard waste pickup. Not the first time mind you. Called Republic on the 11th, 12th, 13th & 15th. Was told it "would be picked up on by the end of day on the 12th". Nope. Was told, twice, "sending this to supervisor for priority ". Nothing. On the 15th I asked to talk to a manager, Tangina supervisor, said she will send a message to *****, manager of my area. Tangina said I'd be hearing from ***** soon. Nothing. Friday night I pulled my container to the side of my home after a week long at the end of my driveway. Nothing but empty words from Republic. I'll be calling again this Monday, asking to be credited for last week. I'll see how that turns out.

      Service is extremely unreliable, even multiple weeks of NO service (and they know that internally upon calls to their customer contact number). Unfortunately, would currently never recommend this company to friends/neighbors, even though I was initially promoting them.
