2 years later, no help, no phone calls answered, no refund, one email saying were trying. Its a scam.DD214 Direct

Unfortunately, they are still experiencing significant backlogs due to short staffing, which has caused delays beyond our control. Amazing. Trying to get my records through the military was a nightmare. You can't speak to anyone. Press this, press that. It's a shame veterans have to go through such an ordeal. DD214 Direct took all the stress and frustration out of the process. I received my documents in record time. I so appreciate their speed and accuracy.
