      I am in agreement with **************, the service has been nearly non-existent and I also have a bad feeling. ******, the representative does not have a voicemail set up so customers are not able to leave a message. Process is taking way too long. Even the finance company is going to file a complaint on my behalf since the work has yet to be completed, (or inspected), since payment was due April 10. Think long and hard before you decide. You will also notice in the threads below, *** doesn't bother to respond to those who complain!

      This has been the most disappointing experience I have had with any company. I am not someone to right a bad review but at this point I don't know what to do. Recently I saw that my system was not producing any power I gave it a little time and checked again and continued to see that I still had the same issue. Around that time I noticed I was beginning to have issues with my lights, dishwasher and washing machine. It has gotten to the point that I cant even wash my clothes because I seem to have a short in my house. I have never had an issue before. I can't use my microwave because it doesn't turn on, or use my dishwasher, turn on my kitchen lights, turn on my living room fan, turn on my porch light. I also can't wash my clothes, I have been having to go to the laundromat to get it done. I have called to get this issue resolved and I was told that I have to wait a few months to get the issue addressed, I am worried that this will start a fire in my home. I also mentioned that as well and the representative said very condescending she has put that down but I still need to wait a few months. I have everything off to make sure I don't start a fire, I checked my breakers and I heard as if it was sparking in my electrical box. This is ridiculous, I don't want these panels at all at this point and would be 100% happier if they were removed. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The beginning was great, but after making the purchase they stop contacting you, they were also running a special that you receive a free 75" TV. That was just a plus to me, I was excited to be switching over to solar, BUT even the tv came in broken and when I reached out to ****** who was the sales representative he never communicated back. I also didn't receive the nest thermostat that was promised. Funny how nobody can communicate back now and you have to wait to get things fixed, but to make the sale they're quick to reply. Definitely don't make the same mistake I made.

      I started with *** in August 2022 with the process of getting a solar system with battery backup for our home. The salesman said that the entire process from installation through interconnection and permission to operate should be completed by Thanksgiving. The panel installation took place in October and its been downhill since. A second interconnection crew had to come and fix what the first crew messed up. The personnel responsible for the paperwork messed up the permit with Pima County twice before it got approved and as of today, April 5th *********************** that the permit was messed up for the third time with them. The final paperwork for the permission to operate showed my system as PV only when mine is a battery backup. My advice to anyone is to steer clear of OWE as they have no QA/QC within their company and probably dont even know what it means.

      I got my panels but waiting for hookup. The guys came to hook me up and there were big problems. I really wanted to like these people but Im getting a bad feeling
