Well, when I originally looked into this company through the Energy Sage website, they looked reputable with good reviews. I am guessing those were either paid for our old reviews as I have had the same problem as everyone else. They get the panels up quick a request the entire amount of money, which I approved. That was in July 2022. I first contacted Our World in May of ************************* June of **************************** March with no Solar. They have failed inspections numerous times and sent out technicians each time after the failed inspection. The communication is horrible, and they tried to reimburse me for the headache and frustration with a $200 check, which is more of an insult than anything else. DO NOT USE OUR WORLD ENERGY. I pray that the system is at least working before I start paying the Loan.

The technicians came out on 3/10/2023 and on 3/14/2023, and I still have no idea where the project is at. No one has contacted me since the last technician had come out, to let me know if everything has been fixed and you were reapplying to have TEP come back out and inspect. I would like to wait till the solar has passed all inspections and is running before we discuss any compensation for the delays.Review fromTia d.

My experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. Starting with them not building my system with enough panels for my usage, **** came off as slimy and I wouldnt trust him with my grandma. Luckily, I did my research and was able to find another company that is trustworthy so I dont end up with 2 bills. Please do your research and may the odds be in your favor!Our World Energy LLC

Against my better judgement, Our World Energy has been difficult to work with since the minute I decided to purchase solar equipment. The solar panels have been installed for almost three (November, 2022) months and yet, it hasnt passed inspection. Now, I have to have a technician come and complete the rework a third time. It has been frustrating, Ive only been able to speak to Our World Energy staff a couple times via phone, most of the conversations are via text. Which it takes a couple of days for them to respond. At this point I have no choice but to endure the continued multiple failed inspections, slow response times, and no accountability to fix the issues. I have called and left multiple messages for management to call me and I am still waiting for a call back. There has been the canned responses we are sorry for the inconvenience but yet the issues remain with no action to remedy the situation or even a call back. All around bad experience with this company. Like I said, I have no choice but to continue my agreement with this company, but I have hopeful aspirations that my solar equipment will be producing energy before the start of Spring.Our World Energy LLC

If I could give zero stars, I would! I had my solar panels installed almost a year ago and they worked fine for a small amount of time. I have been on the phone with these guys constantly about my solar panels not producing like they said. My salesperson even told me that I wouldn't be paying anything on electricity except for service charges because I have 34 panels on my roof, which 14 of them are with OWE! My other panels work great from Freedom Forever. I can't believe I fell for his nonsense! Shame on me! When I called customer service again today, the gal hung up on me! Unbelievable. I don't think I should be paying for anything until this gets resolved! Shame on this company for promising things they can't deliver! Never again and I'll warn everyone about them. 1 starOur World Energy claims they have special deals and favors they can call into the electric company (in my case ED3) to get your application approved faster. They apparently don't have enough connections or don't know all electric company requirements and time frames for solar approval though because the application that they said would be approved in a couple days with them ended up being scheduled for 8 months out. By the time you figure out they cannot fulfill their verbal promises your 3 day cancellation period is up and you're stuck in a contract with them. The representatives within the company don't know what is happening at any given time; each one you speak to gives different information. They make it incredibly hard to cancel. They transferred me to 3 different agents over the course of an hour phone call with them, only to never get me to a representative who could actually cancel my contract. It has been badmouthing other companies, telling you what you want to hear so you'll sign, and now 2 weeks of playing cat and mouse trying to cancel the contract. They only want to talk over the phone, then ask if you have proof of the things they told you. If you decide to go with this company please for your sake, verify everything they promise you with your electric company, loan company, and anyone else who could possibly affect the installation of your panels before you sign a contract with them.Review fromGary S

1 starThis Company does not keep their promises, They Will just Ghost you when you have a problem with their solar system, I have made multiple calls and complaints about the Solar system they installed on my home, My power bills are going up every month, Not one person from this company will respond to my complaints... I have emailed them my power bills to get them to come up with a resolution, but It goes nowhere.This company does not honor their promises. Nor do they back the system they sold me. I now have a solar payment and higher power bills than I did before the system was turned on.The system is supposed to produce **** kw per month, last month it only produced 388 kw. Don't buy a Solar system from these crooks. They are not honest credible people to deal with.Review fromBill W

1 starOur world Energy will promise the world and deliver the most basic system. They will *********** months to finish the job but only if you make repeated calls and stay on them. The customer service will be great until you ok the final payment. Don't ok the payment to the installer until the system is up and running or you will add 2 more months to your project. Our system is up and running now but they have not finished the complete job. We are still waiting on the transfer switch to the generator but every time a phone call is made they will promise to get back to you but no call ever comes. BillReview fromManuel B.

This company took almost a year to get our power facility through inspection. They failed inspection over and over again . Well after all this time our solar panels got turned on and a week later the enphase app has told me that all the micro inverters are no good and my panels are not producing any *********** I reached out to our world energy through email for about a week and no one has got back to my wife and I about helping us fix the problem. I also reached out to the lender and told them of the situation as well and they have not said anything back either as of yet .Our World Energy LLC
