      I am so grateful there is a solar company like this. When I was interviewing ****** and also choosing whether or not I wanted to work with this company I was very impressed. What ****** did not realize was he was the 11th solar salesperson that I met with in two weeks. Every thing he told me I cold verify from sources not affiliated with Our World. I was even in the process of going with another company and I found out they had changed names multiple times. Thankyou for honesty and integrity. I expect the installation will be of the same caliber. Thank you

      They never informed us that as senior citizens we will not be qualified for Tax Credit because we have no taxable income as senior citizens. So we now have to come up with $8600. In 24 months to keep our monthly loan at $100.month. ******** never informed us of this so it's a heartship financially. ******** didn't do his due diligence or neglected to tell us before we signed with them..it's a heartship to us with my husband's poor health condition..we are very upset. I called the main office with no apologizes or solution to this financial burden..people need to know about this **************

      Our World Energy has been amazing to work with. I had another company I had started with and everything was dragging on and not getting done and I had no communication. I canceled with them and worked with ****** at OWE and everything was in motion within days. Keep in mind I had them get me a new roof before the solar and they made it happen so quickly! And they took care of everything with my HOA. Thats on top of everything else that typically comes with installing solar. My solar is being installed on Monday and everything else has already been completed. ****** and ***** have been my points if contact and their communication is amazing. I'm always getting updates and if I ever have questions or concerns they are available or calling me back within minutes (literally, no exaggeration). This is also the second home I've put solar on so I have past experience with this and these guys far exceed every expectation in every step along the way. If you're wanting to add solar, give ****** and ***** a call at OWE and they will take great care of you!

      Our **** man ***************** is an amazing person he works for Our World Energy he got me FREE energy&1year of free energy. I got to Have him in my home for 1 hour until he was sure I was comfortable. He is an AMAZING PERSON (DEEP).

      ********************* from our world energy is first off, sexy! Great looking guy, helped me out tremendously, by explaining things to me in detail. He sold me on it. Afterwards he came back by and gave me a gift of thanks.

      I used Our World Energy for our solar system and was very happy I did. The sales person explained all the equipment in depth when at my home including the Critter Guard added on each system. I was able to make an informed decision due to his knowledge and expertise in the industry. The installers came wearing Our World shirts and a truck. I remember the sales person saying they are all in-house but I honestly didn't know exactly what that meant at the time but now I know. I'm impressed!

      It takes a lot of coordination to have a quality solar system installed. And I also needed a complete roof install. My broker agent for getting this all done was *********************. I could call him at any time to get my questions answered. Super guy!!!

      Outstanding customer orientated sales professional!*******************, ********************* and their team possess a plethora of knowledge as it relates to solar energy and how it can benefit your individual home. Before they present to you, **** and ****** compile electrical usage data on your home and provide you with a cost analyst presentation so you feel completely comfortable with making the investment. When the presentation was done, I signed the contract!They are empathetic (actively listening during the meeting), posses an extremely confident and knowledgeable understanding of solar energy. Every question that I asked was answered confidently and they provided real cost numbers to back up their responses. Thank you, both, for holding my hand through this important investment and enabling me to reap the benefits of having solar power on my home.       My solar install was finished about two months ago and I could not be happier with the results. Got my first negative bill back with some credits. There was great communication between my rep and Our World Staff. They did a great job at keeping me in the loop on project updates. The install only took a day and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the panel's looked, even my husband who does not love the look of solar panel's likes our setup. Everything that was promised was what I got. The whole process took about 2 months and some change. Thanks to everyone that worked on my project.

      INSPECT THE WORK!!They started off AMAZING!!! but as soon as they did the install and requested the final approval for payment I decided to double check the work as they had already drilled completely through our ceiling and into our house (literally could see holes in our ceiling) . I climbed the ladder and immediately saw the type of work they do. I had 30+ tiles completely broken. Some that were completely exposing the underlayment. I called the support team and they seemed to blow it off as its not that important that they aren't laying flat. I told them over and over its not just that. Some were snapped into 4 pieces and pitched the opposite way. They sent someone out to repair the ceiling in the house a few days later. That tech also said he fixed the roof issue as well. He was there for 30 mins....I again went to check and of course NOTHING was done. I called in AGAIN and finally talked to someone that seemed concerned about it. They said they would send a more experienced tech out but to my surprise it was the same tech. He finally got on the roof after I watched him. HE WAS SHOCKED at the poor workmanship. He even said he's never seen it that bad. So he went and tried to find tiles. He called back with bad news and said it would be 3 months until they could get tiles unless I didn't care if they matched. I said well my roof is getting worse with all the rain so just get me tiles. He got about 30 and set them on the side of the house and I haven't heard back on anything. That was 2-3 weeks ago.The tech that came out said to not approve any funding until the issue is resolved 100% because once they get all the funding they will push you off even worse. He also stated that it looks like a few of the panels might have been stepped on as well. So the installers clearly don't have the training they say they do.I would highly recommend you DO NOT approve any payments to them until you have either inspected the work or hire an inspector. I would bet more of the
