So I have had a PlayStation for years and Im 15 turning 16 in a month and my mom told me to complain to the bbb Im am doing so now I recently have been banned on PlayStation for my 3 suspension on the account kovix_on_nick is the user I have spent 5 thousand dollors on that account and the banned was over a picture of the boy that had been picking on me he has made we want to cry and just ball up and die and PlayStation took action on me but not him I would love for my account to be unbanned and if any more info is ***** please contact me anytimeInitial Complaint

I had money processed out of my account using the financing service you provided. They took money out of my account yet the order was never processed. The money now is in limbo for up to 7 days and I am unable to purchase what I wanted (console, controller and charging station) not only now has my time been wasted for 3 hours my money is in limbo for God knows how long. I asked to speak with a manager yet chat was ended instead. I was told No coupons can be offered for the major issue and yet this is a huge company. This makes me want to never recommend or use this company ever. I don't care how this company justify the money not being in my account the money is not there for me to try again or buy from someone else. I spoke with my bank directly and was told funds have not been released from your financial company. I have been trying to contact playstation since wednesday march 8th. I bought the dlc for resident evil village. I could not download the game when I contacted playstation support they kept transfering me back and forth then one lady was very rude I got transferred to a supervisor who then transferred me to another department where they kept transferring elsewhere leading to my account not being able to download games and my account was hacked the next day after trying to do this. They kept telling me my account was active on another playstation 4 but i have not had problems downloading my games the entire time ive had my ps4 which is 3 years almost. They told me they cant take the primary off the other ps4 which is not mine until the 6 months is up. Which means im screwed on downloading the game i spent $80 plus 20 on the dlc. plus i just preordered resident evil 4 the remake. I then went to xbox for a day and went back to ps4 and my account has been hacked and takin and now its banned because whoever hacked my account apparently got me banned for hatespeech and playstation support will not lift the ban early even tho it was not myself that was doing the crime on ps. They are really rude talking over me no matter how polite and nice I was they talked over me and transferred me or hung up on me. That is including the supervisor. When asked to talk to someone higher up than the supervisor I was told I have reached the highest of playstation supervisors that was available and kept repeating themselves over me talking then i asked are you gonna continue talking over me? Thier response was yes and they continued repeating themselves again. All i was asking for them to do was deactivate my account from the other ps4 that didnt have permission to be activated to begin with, and lift the ban of 7 days which ends march 17th early because the ban was not my fault to begin with. My complaint is in relation to Playstation plus subscription and multiple charges that hit my account. I paid the subscription to join PS plus in November '22. Whilst gam *** online the system kicked me out and took me back to the paywall page multiple times (7 payments of ~$60 each). In total I was charged 7 times for the same membership. I contacted PS and they refunded me the additional 6 payments.3 weeks later, 3-5th December '22, the same issue happened by be*** kicked out of the online game and taken back to the paywall however, this time i was charged 3 x payments of $85 for the same subscription I had already paid for in November.When I contacted PS they told me I was not eligible for a refund as 14 days had passed between the payments and my call. What is apparent is there is a bug with the system forc*** multiple payments. I already have a subscription so do not need the 3 additional subscriptions that have been charged to my account.I contacted the PS support and they were very unhelpful and told me I was not entitled to a refund. This company keeps charging y checking account for things I have not authorized them to do. I am trying to have them credit my account so I do not have to get a new card. I have called several times and just get the runaround. They are charging my account $11.99 every month ** now another charge of $19.99. Last week I ordered a Playstation 5 remote control off of the playstation website and my package was due to require a signature at pickup and none was required and none is provided by the carrier. My package was due to be delivered and then was marked as delivered with no package arriving to me. I have tried to contact Playstation through their chat feature as well as through their live agent and I've tried to place calls but no one is ever available. My order # is **********.
