      ******* has visited me twice in the past week, once to diagnose my computer problem (my **** was dying and I needed a new laptop) and once to set up my new computer. He created a list of exactly what I needed to purchase and where to buy it. During both visits, he was friendly and thorough and highly competent. He patiently answered my questions and was focused on the task at hand. I could not have asked for a better computer repair/replacement experience. ***** *****

      I am so pleased with the service I received! They were able to get me in on short notice. ******* was very pleasant, patient, and great to work with. He solved the original problem and then with the 4 point inspection, discovered my computer needed a lot of cleanup. He took care of all the issues, made sure all my devices were able to log in on the network, He answered all my questions and made sure I was able to get into devices as well. I appreciate that their work is guaranteed for 2 weeks as well. Would not hesitate to recommend.
