      Great experience from booking the repair call, very quick response to internet entry, very quick to booking service call the next morning. DWB arrived on time frame quoted. Again, next day service was amazing. Field Engineer DWB got the information about problem with printer and fixed quickly and was very good locating the problem. Reset printer and explained how he got it to work. Then proceeded to check computer for viruses and malware on the hard drive and our files, did not take very long to do. Would like to continue with DWB and Karls Technology in the future. I will recommend the company to friends and relatives. *********************

      German was very nice young man and excellent technician. He explained that the virus/hacking problem I was having was a common scam perpetrated on the elderly and most likely there was nothing to worry about. I told him I shut off my machine after being warned not to because I was threatened from almost everything including taking my next new born...I'm 78. What impressed me right off the bat was that he gave that useful info PRIOR to even touching my machine. I might have thanked him, gave him lunch money and shown him out. Because he was so honest I asked him to go through the machine and more or less clean up any other problems, which he did. My only problem was he did not have any business cards so I could use you folks again, talk up your company to my friends, or have something concrete to refer him and his skills to other people or other companies looking for talented people. I'm afraid my only problem is a management issue. But thank you

      I've used ****** a couple of times. They are very responsive and appointments are given within a reasonable time frame. They not only fixed the issue I called them to fix, but they helped us prevent future issues by providing recommendations. ****** was our ********** and is outstanding.

      **** was prompt and very knowledgeable. He got me up and running in short time. He had to replace my failing hard drive. Went smooth with no serious issues. Recommend and will use again.
