      *** was AMAZING! I had another computer that finally died on me (over a decade old). I purchased another computer and was not able to move my information from one hard drive to another. Plus, I was having issues connecting my printer to the new computer. *** took care of EVERYTHING and answered my many many questions. He has a great sense of humor too and understood my needs. The price was super fare and affordable. If I could give 6 stars, I would. 5 stars will just have to do. Thank you again ***.

      Had a problem with my desk top I could not fix. Called Karls and an appointment was set for the following day. ****** arrived as scheduled and diagnosed the problem in short order. A failing 10 year old SSD. At my request, ****** recommended a specific "box" which Amazon had for a very attractive price. The box arrived the following day (a Saturday). ****** arrived on Monday morning and within two hours the new box was set up and all files moved. Cannot say enough about ******** technical skills. I would also add that ****** is an articulate, intelligent and all-around nice person. Obviously I am a satisfied customer.*** D

      I couldn't be more pleased with the two young men that came to my "rescue" and checked out my computer. ****** and ***** were super pleasant and answered all my questions to my complete satisfaction. My old computer is now working like a dream. ***************************************

      ******************* has come to my house two times now to fix a log in problem on two different computers. *** is a very personable and likeable person and I have the highest respect and admiration for computer knowledge. *** effectively communicated with me during the entire repair process what he was doing. I would highly recommend *** and this company for any computer problems that need to be fixed. I know I will be using them in any further problems happen.

      The worst Tech repair company ever. Nothing but a con job. I spent over $500 to fix two problems, neither was completed with two visits. They were and are simple problems. Like I said, a real con man . Too bad there is not a choice for no stars.
