      Vitalant has been plaguing me with unwanted calls asking for blood donations even though I donate when possible. I receive up to 5 calls at all times of the day. In the morning. Relaxing at home at 8pm. You name the time - theyre calling. Theres no easy way of getting off the no call list, so here I am.

      Vitalant calls my cell number several times a week even though I never consented to receive these annoying calls. This is how they get people to donate blood by harassment? There's no clear way to be added to their do not call list. I just want them to stop calling me.

      I keep getting constant robo calls from this company that I have NOTHING to do with. I feel continually harassed. I have blocked the numbers from this company that come through, but the robo voicemails are still to linger. These calls have been coming through for the past few years or more (I have lost count) THEY NEED TO STOP AND NEVER CALL ME AGAIN!!!This is frustrating and stressful. Life is stressful enough without these harrassing calls!GO AWAY!!!!

      I donated blood with this company ONCE when they came to my college. Ever since then, I receive at least one phone call from them every single week, sometimes more, for the past 5-6 YEARS. I've REPEATEDLY asked to be removed from the call list, and that because of the frequency of calls feeling like harassment, I'll never donate with them again. Regardless of my repeated requests, they still call me at least once a week. I've blocked numerous numbers because they call from different ones, and they are still able to leave me voicemails. It's not just annoying, at this point, it's harassment.

      I do not want to be contacted by ********. I blocked their number so many I've lost count. The year before last, at least 3-4. the following year 5-6. this year probably 7 times.Calling and texting. Every time I block the number the company Vitalent, calls me from another number. " Hi, this is *****" reaching out to let you know patients could really use another blood donation.. It's crazy. Straight harassment! I'm I do not want to hear from these fools anymore. The hounding is ridiculous! Desired result? Do not contact me anymore. Period. Ever.

      This is a blood donation company in which I donated once to in high school, over 6 years ago. I am a homosexual man, so they are not allowed to use my blood, by an unfortunate law. Im not opposed to blood donation but what I am opposed to is constant phone calls from this company. I receive at least 3 a week and have told them on numerous occasions to stop contacting me because I cannot participate in donation. This has been to no avail over these years and there is no form on their website to get off of their calling list. Im submitting this as a last resort effort in hopes that there is maybe some consequence for them due due to this. I work in a job that requires much of my time on the phone and I cannot be interrupted multiple times a week to screen their calls. Its become to a point where its borderline harassment because of how many times Ive told them to stop calling me, and in some instances they have pried me for knowledge over the phone regarding my physical and sexual health. This I find extremely inappropriate and intrusive and I would the calls to stop and an apology for their invasion of my privacy.

I sincerely apologize for the unfavorable experience. It is not Vitalants intention to present as invasive nor offensive as we continually work towards improvements, providing coaching and development for our staff. Our goal is to ensure our donors feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated for their willingness to answer our call for help as we strive to provide blood for hospitals and patients in your community.

      I am grateful for your patience as I work to make this right and possibly regain your trust and commitment to our lifesaving mission. I researched this matter and found where we have erred. I can confirm the phone number provided in this complaint has been added to our Do Not Call List and calls will cease immediately. I am pleased to advise that the *** released updated guidance regarding evaluating donor eligibility regardless of gender or sexual orientation. We implemented the Individual Donor Assessment on August 21, 2023, and invite you to review this information by going to Vitalant.org/eligibilityupdate. You may also respond and request a call for more information as a follow-up to this complaint.

      We rely on blood donations from selfless donors and the donations continue to make a huge impact on the lives of hospital patients, their families, and their friends in communities across the US. Now that *** guidelines have updated, I sincerely hope you reconsider donating.

      Repeated, unsolicited calls requesting blood donation. I have no idea why my phone number is on their list. I donate regularly with my local blood bank, which is not Vitalent. There is not an easy option for removing myself from the call list.

      I donated blood when Vitalant came around to where I worked. For over a year now, Vitalant will call me asking for donations for "emergencies happening in my area." Since the places to make donations are far away from my home, I declined them. Also, I asked Vitalant to please take my name off their calling lists. But again, they keep calling me! I would block their phone numbers and they will call me from different phone numbers! I called them and asked them to please take my name off their lists. They say it would take 2-3 weeks but they will do it. That was two months ago! Yet, they still call me every one - two weeks! And every time, I tell them to take my name off their list.It is getting so bad that I will stop donating blood when they are at my business again. To recap, I tell the Vitalant representatives who calls me to take my name off their lists, I have called Vitalant and asked them to take my name of their lists, and I even block Vitalant phone numbers only for Vitalant to call me from other numbers. I want Vitalant to stop calling me.

      I donated several years ago, however, since then I have blocked well over 15+ phone numbers from this company. Yet, they continue to call using other numbers. I just want my number removed permanently from the call list as I am getting calls numerous times a week!

      I receive, on average, about 10 phone calls from Vitalant every week. I have blocked many of the phone numbers that have called and have left robot voice messages but I keep receiving phone calls from all different kinds of phone numbers. The amount of calls is extremely obnoxious and cannot find a way to get my personal phone number off of Vitalant's call list. I used to donate blood through Vitalant/Bonfils often but since I have been getting bombarded with spam calls, I am unlikely to ever donate with Vitalant again,
