I have been receiving dozens of calls and texts from Vitalant weekly for years now. It is very abusive treatment, indeed, harrassment. They use various phone numbers, which i block, spoof others, and somehow bypass my call filters. I requested previously that this stop and they did nothing. I live more than 6 hours drive from their nearest facility. At this point, there is no circumstance under which I would ever do business with them, ever. I want them to remove my contact information from their list and cease all communications with me permanently. If this does not work the next step is social media and direct communications with their CEO.Business Response

Vitalant calls me every day with spam calls and has done this for multiple years. I have added myself to the government no call list, I have asked them to take me off their call list at least 15 times. It is harassment at this point.Business Response

Vitalant calls me frequently even though I never agreed to be contacted by Vitalant. The calls generally occur when I'm home, in my personal time when I am relaxing after work. They frequently leave automated voicemails from "*****." Not only are the calls annoying but they are now reaching harassment.They need to stop calling me immediately, and they need to provide an easy way for anyone to be removed from their call list.Business Response

I donated blood exactly one time at my highschool in 2015. It is now the end of 2023. ******** calls multiple times a week, every week, for years. I have asked to be removed from their cold call list for *years*. I am told repeatedly that the problem is fixed. And then the following week I recieve yet more calls. I block every number that calls, and more numbers take its place. I signed up for the national do not call registry, but the constant weekly calls continue. It's never ending. Weekdays, weekends, 6am to 10pm, the calls just continue. I will NEVER donate blood again. It is not worth the ongoing harrassment that lasts for YEARS after the fact. All I want is to stop receiving cold calls about this.Business Response

I reached out to ******************* and ************************************* in early October 2023 to notify them that I have been receiving constant harassing phone calls from Vitalant, and I requested to be removed from the call list immediately. Although that seemed to work for a couple of weeks, I have again begun to receive constant calls from them. Like others have reported, I cant just block a number, because the number they call from changes each time. Vitalants marketing practices are deeply unethical, and I resent their abuse of private information I provided when donating once years ago. Its abhorrent that theyve taken advantage of someone who donated blood to support their hometown in the aftermath of a mass shooting.Business Response

I gave blood at a Vitalent location over four years ago and continue to receive robocalls multiple times each week asking for blood. I did not give consent to be continually spammed with phone calls and have tried to remove myself from their lists with no luck. There is no easy or clear opt out from their calls, and it needs to stop. The ongoing presence of so many complaints on this site indicates a lack of accountability for their telemarketing abuse. I am seeking for Vitalant to cease all contact especially phone contact with me. I have never done business with Vitalant. I previously donated with United Blood Services ***** who wrongfully sold all my information to Vitalant when they went out of business. Now I keep receiving phone calls from Vitalant every single week from a variety of different phone numbers which I have tried to block.
