I donated blood once about 10 years ago and receive weekly calls from Vitalant that I cannot unsubscribe from. I've blocked many of their numbers but they switch them so I can't avoid getting calls. They also leave voicemails that I then I have to delete, which wastes my time and energy.Business Response

Multiple times a week I am spam called by Vitalant. To my knowledge, I have never used Vitalant, so I can't even go on their website to unsubscribe from calls. They constantly spam with a different number so I can't block the number or get on the no-call list. The numbers are from the same area code my phone number is from - but I don't live there anymore. I haven't for 6 years! It should be illegal the number of times they call and leave a message when I never use their product and don't plan to - especially with no way to block or avoid the calls. I can't even give blood, but that shouldn't matter.Business Response

Vitalant has called me 4-7 times a week since I donated blood back in 2018. They give the option to remove your number IF you have a donor account with them. Since I do not have an account I cannot remove this contact preference. I've reached out to them via call and was told several times I was removed when in fact, I was not. I donated blood to Vitalant once like 5 years ago. They call me now almost every single day, numerous different local numbers so no matter how many you block, they keep calling. They also leave long automated voicemails which clog up my voicemail. Told *** on phone to remove me, never works...PLEASE take me off the list. Vitalant is doing more harm then good with this berating. I would probably actually go back if they only would stop calling me, but this kind of harassment has only driven me away and is completely ludacris.Business Response

I donated blood a few years ago at my high school blood drive and out of no where in the past few months I have been receiving calls from different numbers everyday about donating blood. I never made an account so Im not able to remove my number from their system and I wish to stop receiving calls. I have blocked every number they have called from but the next day they call from a different number and leave a voicemail saying to donate blood but I will never give blood to them again because the lady poked me multiple times and couldnt find a vein so she pushed the needle around in my arm leaving me to be bruised for days later.Business Response

Vitalant refuses to stop bombarding me with phone calls. I have asked them to stop many times and have blocked over 20 numbers from them. They won't stop. I will never donate blood to them again because of this. I want the calls to stop.Business Response
