I receive endless robo calls from Vitalant every week, sometimes multiple per day, despite repeatedly blocking the various numbers that they call from. Its infuriating. I have no idea how they even got my phone number as Ive never donated blood through them.Business Response

I get several calls from vitalant everyday, it's always from a different phone number, too, I'm sick of it. I've asked to not be called anymore, yet they continue to call at least 5 times a day. When I want to donate, I'll go donate. But I won't donate with vitalant ever again. STOP CALLING ME!Business Response

Donated blood to them once, years ago. I refuse to donate through them again, because they will not stop hounding me via spam calls by constantly using new numbers to avoid filtering and blocking. Tried to unsubscribe via web, with no success.Business Response

I get constant phone calls from this company. Sometimes multiple times a day. I have told them to take me off their list and have blocked ***** different numbers but they keep calling from a new number. This is invasive and harassment trying to force me to donate my blood. I want to stop being harassed by this company, interrupted at work, and stop filling my voicemail. Vitalant is an incessant and unwanted spam robocaller.This is evidenced by the fact that thousands of people have complained and they use constantly changing phone numbers to avoid being blocked. If people are blocking your calls that doesn't mean use a new number, it means STOP CALLING! The constant calls border on harassment at this point.The company's standard response is that you have to create and log into an account and opt OUT of communications to end the robocalls. The idea that anyone at all would by-default want constant robocalls is absurd. Thus the notion that ALL consumer and donors need to log into their accounts to opt OUT of robocalls is equally absurd.If, a very big IF, any customers/consumers/donors want constant call reminders then they can opt IN if so desired.The company, at this point, given the many thousands of complaints, needs to opt 100% of all customers OUT of robocall communication attempts.
