      Absolutely terrible experience. The worst customer service that I've experienced all year. I wish I had known that you can contact your school directly to request transcripts FOR FREE - I could've saved money and hours of frustration.

      I wish I read the reviews on ****** but honestly I don't have another choice as my school uses them for transcript requests. I order on 7.14.2023. On July 28th when my order was still showing processing I contacted the company who stated my transcript was shipped on the ******. Mind you till today August 1st it still shows processing. I was told they ship out another one no charge. Today I called as I have deadline only to found out nothing was mailed out. I went back online as I was informed I could PAY again for another transcript with shipping with *****. BY the end of the night it showed my transcript was shipped and expected to be here Aug 2nd. So why hasn't the second transcript not been order. The reviews on ****** all say the same thing. I believe they never shipped it and wanted me to pay $40 vs $10. I want my money back no one will process that. The other issue I see others saying is when they receive transcript it not official or blank. I'm praying it's not the case but who knows at this point. How are these people in business and ripping innocent working folks off?? I need my money back

      I ordered my high school diploma on July the 3rd. Didnt hear anything and reached out on the 10th. They replied and said theyd get back to me with an update. Today is the 27th, still nothing l. Their site said **** business days. I requested a refund, no reply. Would never go through them again. I was able to obtain mine through a different outlet within 24 hours.

      I was charged for the transcripts. Multiple interactions (by email) ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!NO PHONE CONTACT.Told ********************** several times my maiden name for transcripts and they kept searching under my married name. Then I was told to do it myself. Interesting. Parchment takes your money and no follow through.DO NOT USE THE COMPANY

      I got my transcript on time. However, it says that you have to DOWNLOAD your transcript within 30 days of receipt. Sure, no problem. I downloaded the transcript. What they DONT tell you, is that after 30 days, if you don't find a way to save the transcript as another kind of file, that the *** of your transcript will become PASSWORD PROTECTED and that you will have no way to access it. I contacted their customer service and they told me that I had to order a new one..What a scam.

      Paid these guys to send my transcript to a college. They said the college i was odering from had placed a hold I spend 2,000 dollars which is almost all of the money I have to pay of the loan and get the hold removed. Parchment will not release the hold I spent 2,000 dollars for nothing thank you parchment I hope that no more colleges every use your service again.

      Terrible customer service. I submitted an open case and received a reply that almost accused me of submitting the case twice, which I didn't. However, after that, I never heard from them again. It's also extremely difficult to ********* on their website. Is there anyone actually working there?

      Terrible company and horrible customer service. I was underwhelmed by their response time in response to my request for assistance and they seem completely uninterested in actually assisting customers in resolving issues.

      I can't believe any school would use this company's services. I have been trying for over a week to make an account and I keep getting an error message. Support said they fixed the problem and they did not! It's impossible to get any real help. I desperately need my transcript ASAP and there is nothing I can do. I talked to my school and they said there is nothing they can do, it's all in Parchment's hands. This company is awful.

      I selected to send a transcript to the school I'm going to next year (************) but after clicking on the school and filling out my card info the transcript got sent to *********. I then had to redo the transcript to send it to ************ but it still charged me for the original transaction. I contacted support within 10 minutes of the payment but they were "unable to refund my transaction" due to it already being completed. Sounds fraudulent to me!
