      Horrible. These people are Charged me almost 400$ for an appointment. Then didnt send me the Telehealth link.Then charged me another 100$ for not showing up. But I couldnt. Because I didnt have the link.Then I spent 25 minutes on hold trying to get through to my healthcare provider Ive tried to contact her already multiple times this week to get flawed medication fixed. When I called and told them my medication had adverse effects because of dosage they blew me off and told me to continue taking it. I also called twice over the weekend. I left messages. I emailed. Their team is unprofessional and have no accountability. Im IMMEDIATELY looking for other healthcare providers. Their ******** impacted my brain chemically. AVOID.

      Session with provider went well, and I had no concerns after my session. I was prescribed a medication. I had no complaints with the online system or provider interaction.After 2 weeks, I have not been able to get this medication because Lifestance is still working on the pre-authorization. At this point, it looks unlikely I will get my medication before my next scheduled appointment (which was 3 weeks away). I understand insurance ***** but taking two weeks to get prescribed medication issued is pretty terrible. When I reached out to them I was told 5-7 business days is normal (which I've now exceeded). Anyone interested in using this company should be aware of how long this will take, especially if you are in a situation where you need medication relatively quickly after your appointment.

      They lied about taking my insurance, leaving me to pay market rate unknowingly until I contacted my insurance and found out. I was continually charged a higher amount each visit, ($120, $160, $240, etc.) which was thrown on me last minute each time. I was forced to pay 10 minutes before the appointment, or forfeit my appointment (in less than 48 hours)-incurring a fine; giving me no option but to pay if I wanted to continue receiving my prescriptions. They then tried to claim they didnt charge my insurance the correct amount months after I abandoned their services, and I now owed them additional payments totaled over $500. I refused to pay, and they continued to harass me via text/call years afterword. Then, 2 years after my last appointment, they set up an IN-PERSON appointment without my consent, and I only found out due to my ****** calendar updating. I spent hours waiting on hold with them to get it cancelled before I was charged a no show fee for an appointment, in a different city hours away- which I had never even attended an in-person appointment with this company to begin with! I only ever used their tele-health services for a brief period in 2021.

      I have received a bill for $345. I received it last September and called immediately to make sure they were filing insurance - my insurance company stated no claims were submitted. I was told they had not filed my correct insurance and would do so. Well, today, 8 MONTHS later they send me another bill claiming *** had a lapse in insurance. I have been on hold for 25 minutes. This company has now waited too long to file the claim per my insurance company. No way to reach anyone

      I keep getting billed for a missed appointment and I NEVER had an appointment!!! STOP THIS! I keep trying to make contact and NOBODY CALLS ME BACK!!! I go to the website and it says no past or future appointments!!! STOP!!!

      Lifestance is deserving of ZERO stars. Want a company who will COST you your mental stability? Call Lifestance. Want to be set back in your mental health? Call the billing department. Have a simple billing question? How does waiting 3 hours on hold sound? Even if you put your phone number in for Lifestance to call you back, prepare not to hear from them for 4 hours. Of course, you call when its convenient for you, but they only answer or call you back when its convenient for THEM. They have no respect for your time. Hows $345 an appointment sound?! I know! COMPLETE RIPOFF. Their service does not match their price in any way, shape, or form. Prepare to have years taken off the end of your life cycle if you choose them to do business with.

      I'd give 0 stars if it were possible.I've been on hold for as many as 4 hours waiting to talk with a human about a credit balance I've had on my account for 3 months. I had a credit card on file for my copays, and they charged the entire balance because supposedly my insurance hadn't been processed yet. Then I received a letter that a number of customers' claims had been sent to the wrong insurance company (I smell a scam). Once the insurance paid, I had a credit balance.They claim that their "policy" is not to refund credit balances until they've received all insurance payments. My EOB says that the claim was paid 2 weeks ago. My insurance company said it was done electronically and they should be able to look it up. The rep said "it could be waiting to be posted."When I asked to be escalated to a manager, she said she couldn't.When I asked for someone over her manager, she said she's had her hand slapped for going up the chain of command to suggest ways to resolve simple problems.My next call is to the ********** of **********

      The billing company for Lifestance mess up everything. Stuff changed once they got the new administrator. I left Lifestance in January 2024 . Mr ****** or the new administrator . Called my current psychiatrist and told him they I was still going to Lifestance and I owe a balance with Lifestance. Aint that breaking hippa law . And how they found out I was seeing a new psychiatrist . They looked at my ******. And called that man .. that so unprofessional. But Lifestance didnt stop nothing. I love my psychiatrist

      Under no circumstances should anyone use LifeStance. The online system has you go through a bunch of prompts only to tell you that you have to call a number to speak to someone to schedule an appointment or reschedule or if you have billing questions. That number routes you to an office that is open M-F 8:30-5:00. You have to give a 48 hours for cancellation or you incur a $120 fee but if your doctor ****** show up for your appointment you can speak to manager that is never available to take your call and will call you back later. Go to a different place that will at least respect your time while they take your money.

      Opaque billing. Over-billing. Slow billing. Billing errors. HOURS or DAYS to get a hold of anyone for help with that billing. And all for telehealth calls that last 4-6 minutes each.
