      I have called the office twice today, the first time i was on a wait list for a receptionist to pick up the phone. That took 25 minutes before I had to hang up and go to class. They called me back 30 minutes later, but I was in class. I called them back within the hour and so far ive been on hold for 20 minutes- this is absurd. I should be able to call my doctors office without an hour long wait. Would rate 0 stars if possible.

      Absolutely awful service. We were lucky enough to have a competent provider starting out but after a year he left and the ************* that replaced him was awful. She was exercising and doing stretches during my daughters appointment. My son is 21 and severe autism, and ************* never responded to multiple attempts at contacting her regarding medication refills and **************. I had to call separately three times to finally get to someone and was told I could not switch providers, still have not received the refills and fortunate to have found somewhere else to take over my son's care NOT affiliated with LifeStance. Being a psychiatric NP myself its disgusting the way we were treated. My son ended up having a terrible aggressive meltdown and ended ** in *** When I never received a message back after 8 days she messaged that I should admit him to inpatient care. He was home and already doing better for 7 days at that point. He just needed his medications refilled.

      I have had 8 visits with a psychiatrist I really like and trust, but I can no longer deal with their billing department. I have 100% coverage, yet I am charged a (random) copay every visit, and I spent hours on the phone trying to reach the billing department. At this point, I believe they may be fraudulently billing. I will need to find a new doctor. I have never seen a medical office run like this, ever.

      I would leave a negative 0 if I could. I attempted to make an appointment with a psychiatrist here earlier in the year and they mistakenly made an appointment with a psychologist who can't prescribe meds which I realized 3 minutes into the call. She said sorry and ended the call. I now keep receiving calls from their billing department that I owe $300 something bucks for an appointment that never happened? They are spam and every negative thing you read in reviews is true. People also hate their therapists, so I'm glad I never wasted my time with them.

      Worst counseling for PTSD ever or probably anything. The counselor talked each session about herself or what she was going through to make a point. The point was not related to what I was coming to counseling for and she took it upon herself to decide that was what I needed. . Although she never addressed what I was going through she decided to tell me to take medications. Bottom line is although I sympathized with her I needed information about childhood abused and complex PTSD and the patterns we create. No, I will never use any of this group or probably anyone in the area. Its a shame because they need to be re educated about PTSD or so it seems. I don't really care because I am angry about the treatment.

      Had an appointment today 11/22/23 at 3 pm and the doctor cancelled my appointment at around 10 am. First thing it I cancelled with less than 24 hours I'd be changed a fee. Secondly, this appointment was for medication management and while I am currently out of medication and was relying on this appointment for a refill no one reached out to check if I needed anything and when I spoke to the company the first time they sent the doctor a message. After not hearing anything for 3 hours I call the office again and stressed that my meds are critical to my mental health and with this being a holiday weekend of I didn't get anything today then I'll have to be without for another 4 days. For someone like me who is depressed and can slip into thoughts of self harm this is not good. They told me they will follow up with me in 1-2 hours to be sure I had this medication. After waiting another 3 hours and sending the provider another message stressing the importance of this, the person I spoke to had not a care in the world for me or my mental health. She said "Your provider has 72 hr to get back to" I let her know this is unacceptable and is detrimental to my mental health to go another 4 days without. She then just repeated herself after this and I hung up. I then sent another message to the provider with yet again no response. This is a unacceptable situation for a mental health patient to be in at no fault of their own.

      I was never notified that my insurance company denied that claim and I was billed $1830 a year and a half later.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Charges for appointments I had in December of 2021 and November of 2022 JUST showed up on my billing statement (November 2023). My statement went from the $100-$200 range to $1500. Being that far behind on billing, and then sending threatening letters to your customer about going to collections, should be completely unacceptable. Its no wonder this company had so many locations in the red.

      I began Lifestyle over a year ago. The insurance was in network and the therapist was helpful. Then I received a notice I owed over $1000.00. After calling my insurance company they said my therapist went out of network several months then came back in. My insurance company was very helpful and tried to help me resolve the matter. But there is no one we can get ahold of. I and my insurance company have called. I have emailed from their portal. My insurance company even sent a letter. Zero response. It appears my therapy has created a whole new set of problems for me. Be warned. I pay a lot for my insurance and they are bewildered as am I. There billing department is out of state.

      They misrepresented themselves as aligned with Blue Shield. I spent considerable time filling in their lengthy questionnaire, they asked for everything except my insurance info. That raised a flag, so I reached out to them, after much time and back and forth they told me that they did not accept Blue Shield, so I cancelled the appointment. whole thing is nuts since I was connected by the provider director for Blue Shield in the first place. Now they have billed me $100 for cancelling. In my opinion they are crooks, avoid them.
