      This is the worst place to go. You take a minor to get service and they wont talk to tue parents unless you get charge for an appointment. This happend with ***************************** she feels that her time is more valuable than patents time. We only requested a couple of minutes to talk to her and the staff told is that it needs to be in a session and we will be charge. Please avoid this place and avoid *****************************.

      I hate this stupid company. I found them through my insurance. The therapists constantly quit or no show all the time. The psychiatrist is very unprofessional. Within the first 5 minutes of meeting him, his recommendation was to take me off my main medication that I've been on for seven years. What a horrible decision. And since it was through insurance I thought I was covered. But now I just found out how much they actually cost and it is extremely expensive.

      I was with my psychiatrist before the group was bought out by LifeStance. I am now switching providers after 3 years of being a patient, purely because of how horrific LifeStance is as a whole. For a year and a half I have dealt with them overcharging me, and charging my bank account without prior authorization. The last time was $168. My copays were only ever $30. I was not called before this charge was made, and at the time I had a $30 credit on my LifeStance account - from being previously overcharged. Their customer service for each department is horrific, especially for a psychiatric company. They will overcharge you, give rude responses, and ultimately make your days 10x more stressful and anxiety ridden, and that's one of the main reasons people go to them. LifeStance should not be in the mental health field, they are causing more harm than good.

      I love my therapist Mrs. ************************ BUT the billing department is AWFUL! They will over charge your card and then they don't apply the payments! They don't always submit the co-pay amount to insurance. I went in for my in person visit and told them to remove my credit card from there file so they can no longer automatically bill me, I even declined auto pay on the iPad and they assured me, my card would be removed. I JUST GOT CHARGED AGAIN AND THE INCORRECT CO-PAY AMOUNT! THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS NO HELP AND NEVER RETURN PHONE CALLS! ACCORDING TO THE REVIEWS THIS IS A ONGOING PROBLEM WITH THEM!!! I am beyond frustrated!

      Waited 4 weeks for an appointment just to get stood up. Not only that, they make it impossible to log into your portal and its just not a user friendly website to navigate

      Was told the self paybrate would be $300 for first session then $125 after that. However, was charged $285 for follow up session. When I questioned the price I was told that I was told wrong. I took my daughter for two sessions. She was beginning to establish a good relationship with the therapist, however we won't be back.

      Love my therapist but I really hate that it's hard to get anyone to answer the phone at the front desk. And I should not be charged $100 fee for rescheduling less than 48 hours before my ***********. Life happens, I have kids, and sometimes I have to take one of them to an unexpected doctor *********** or something like that and have to reschedule my own ***********. People should not be punished for that. And trying to talk me into doing telehealth in order to wave the fee is not helpful. I told them I have tried telehealth before and when the screen freezes up multiple times during a session I just get fed up and want it to be over. But again, I do really like my therapist, she is awesome.

      We cannot get a hold of them you leave a note in your patient portal they don't return your calls and massages. It is frustrating that they don't have any way of communication that we can get a hold of any one who can help us. The business itself is garbage and hires anyone with a certificate or license. Their therapists are extremely unqualified and lack true care for patients.

      10 months WASTED. I haven't had a therapist last more than a few visits before they quit. I just checked indeed, where former employees had rated it at 2.9 stars. If a company which supposedly specializes in mental health can't keep its THERAPISTS, how can they expect to keep, or even help, their clients?

      Therapists there are great! This is why they receive one star. However, I no longer wish to do business with them as they have taken $105.00 out of my account unauthorized for missed payments that I have proof through bank statements that I have made those payments. I have been trying to get this issue resolved to be transferred to multiple representatives with no resolution. After a week, I finally spoke to someone who was EXTREMELY rude to me over the phone and told me the issue was escalated to a manager and I would get a response within a week's time. A WEEK! With no guarantee of this. As such, I will not be resuming my sessions through this organization and will be searching for a therapist elsewhere. It is DEPLORABLE how many complaints this organization has and still no resolution or moves to correct themselves. I will not be recommending them.
