  I should NOT have let them put my credit card on file. They will just start charging whatever they want and you cannot get anyone on the phone. When you send a message on their website, they will merely tell you that they forwarded it to the billing department and that someone will contact you. Spoiler alert: no one has contacted in a month and a half. This company is horrid.

  This company is horrible! They keep billing me for my visits before they even submit the bills to my secondary insurance! All my visits are totally covered. They take the payments right off my credit card within a day or so of my session. NEVER give them your credit card number. I got charged for a "no show" when the therapist couldn't figure out how to send me something through email while on a session. We got disconnected. I got charged for a no show. When I try to call them I end up on hold for over and hour and most times they never do answer. Don't leave a message for them because they never call back. I send messages in my portal and all I get back is "I'll note your file". What the heck? You can't reach anyone to talk to...at all. I wish I would have known before I got taken by them. Not the place to go!

  So 2 years I posted a review about life stance. And like an idiot I went back there. ******************************* is a complete quack! Along with *************! You cannot get a hold of them you leave a note in your patient portal they don't return your calls. They don't have any communication! They call in your medication where they weren't supposed to! And then they call in the wrong medication! If you value your mental health you will avoid a life stance with your life! And it almost cost me my life!. Well, they haven't! Avoid this place like the plague!

  The worse counselor ever!One of the counselor initial KF in ******** uses her one on one phone checks in with her patients as her personal time.She would tell her patients about her personal problems! And when she was moving to a new apartment she asked her patients on her group meeting while on Zoom meeting for help collecting moving boxes for her! Unbelievable!Terrible program! They would ask you to log in on Zoom, do check ins and watch useless videos unrelated to Alcoholism!This counselor is not fit to work here, she needs help!I cant believe this person is still working there!

  One therapist told me to get over my past. Another stood me up. The business itself is garbage and hires anyone with a certificate or license. Their therapists are extremely unqualified and lack true care for patients. I had an appointment set on Sept 4. They called to reschedule with a different therapist because it was a holiday. Move it to Sept 25, that appointment was canceled and rescheduled for Sept 22. The therapist didn't get on the call. Did not receive a call or anything from her. I received a bill stating I was a no-call no-show for two appointments. The one she stood me up for and the one that was supposed to be canceled. I was told that was a scheduling issue. I'm not sure how that's clerical if the therapist has to go in and state I did not show up. The Clinical Director for the Central **** region reached out and we had a call that went nowhere. He said it was not a therapist's wrongdoing, just a simple scheduling issue. Mental health facilities can't have whoopsies like that. This place needs to be shut down or needs an extreme audit from the state. A therapist or psychiatrist should never make your mental issues worse.

  I wish I had read these reviews before I fell into the trap. It is almost impossable to contact anyone to cancel an appoitment I sent emails, text, and tried to call was on hold 25 min the first time 18 min the second time and 40 min the last time. And guess what I get charged $50 for not canceling 48 hours in advance.

  one of there therapist took advantage of a mentally ill married man who was in a state of emotional distress. He suffers from separation anxiety and has abandonment issues, among others. She is a mental health counselor and had full knowledge of the above.She waited until he was at his most venerable then used her knowledge to manipulate him. she convinced him to leave me and become her lover. This may not be illegal because he was not her patient but defiantly unethical. She devastated a family. Destroyed a 28 year marriage and caused massive emotional harm. As a therapists She is support to help people with this kind of emotional trauma not case it i have brought this to there attention but i don't think they will do anything about it

  The ** gives you a price for mental health care and months later the company bills you extra with no recourse. My Dr quit when I told her. They'll probably be trying to collect posthumously .

  An absolute garbage and atrocious company that has no business working in healthcare or mental health care. They will take their sweet a** time in scheduling appointments and evaluations and claim that they'll call you within the same day; until four weeks pass and you've received no call whatsoever. Then when you follow up because it's been FOUR. ENTIRE. WEEKS. - You get the same "We'll reach you by/before the end of today" for them to do exactly NOT that. Do not interact with this company do not put your health in their hands because you will be left out in the wind. They clearly do not care about patients' mental health. What they want is simply your money and then they're just going to place you to the side as long as possible before attempting to provide care or forever because they don't care about you. I've gone to the primary for psychiatry and of the four I've seen only one of them was halfway decent and she still wasn't great. I wouldn't even dare dreaming of finding a therapist here.

  This company is a complete train wreck. My first psychiatrist left with out leaving me medication, then they switched me to a doctor who tried to take me off all my meds and was extremely hostile and rude, hanging up after 7 minutes. Do not go here if you need help!!!!!!
