      Love my counselors here, excellent and professional. There are many different locations, wide varieties of different fields or speciailty of professional counselors with different mental problems and treatments. I could switch to different counselors when i wished more helps than my existing counselor could offer. So i have stayed w Lifestance Health forever since i have had for ~5 yrs. I love all my therapists: ***** ******* - current, helped me identify my root causes and mental issues to focus by different test questions, ****** ******* - ********* therapist, **** Seulen - my 1st, etc. The booking is simple and easy by therapist or phone. The online checkin w weekly remind texts for confirmation and checkin has been very helpful and made life so easy. Also offered gene test to find out what medication will work best or have bad reactions, so we can avoid, Love this place the most!!!

      The billing department is horrible. Never answer the phone and when you need a receipt for insurance they ignore you. Both therapists were very good but in the end its money.

      If you have mental health resource management skills and know how to use insurance, then this a great place to start. I have recd ********************* here for about a year now. Dr ******* is professional and compassionate.

      Doctor was nice. Staff were incredibly careless. Multiple time missed refills of prescriptions even though my doctor and pharmacy called them. Asked how I can prevent something like this in the future and their response was that I should request the prescription earlier. (I requested it 11 days before I ran out and this is a prescription I have been getting for several months). Please pick somewhere else to go. Its not worth your time.
