Trying to reschedule and being crisis is a joke to this company AND its providers. Worst care since they bought out my doctors practice. The 2 NPs they have assigned me one was crazier than heck (finally was fired!), and the other just doesnt care anymore because shes retiring in a couple of months. Avoid at all costs. Their billing is also a c*** show. **************** sounds like its just a big room with a bunch of people who dont understand the actual business.

Three appointments cancelled on me with three separate providers over the course of six weeks. I had to fill out the paperwork three times. That's three times that I was in the waiting room waiting to hear from them for them to no show or cancel on me typically ***** minutes after the scheduled start time. The most recent one was the doctor calling me saying, "I don't know why they let me schedule with you, but I don't see children." So three times I wasn't able to get medication for my child, three times I missed work, three times she missed school. And this doesn't consider the hours I spent filling out the same forms again and again only for their system to lose them. I'm not convinced this is actually a company. Whatever federal body oversees medical institutions needs to oversee this organization and make it no longer a danger to my children. Rest assured if any harm comes to my child their grandchildren will need lawyers. I could not be more infuriated with their abject lack of anything resembling professionalism.

What a disappointment!! I have been with them about 4 months begging for help with my anxiety!!!My physicists telehealthest appointment each time was approximately 12 minutes, I got a charge to my credit card that I was not aware of !!! Ive been with this physyachisrt for about 3 months. I begged to be put on something for anxiety. Each teleheath appointment was about 12 minutes. She basically called me a liar, wouldnt put me on anything and Im struggling with extreme loss and grief which has frozen me. I came off suboxone on my own after 3 years and she questioned my integrity and I was horrified!!!! She said well lets talk in another month!! Seriously.??!! A month might as well be a year in my distraught state of mind. *** struggled with so much loss and grief!!! Its horrible!!it took me so long to find someone to help only to find out that she called me a liar!!! I told her I wanted a new doctor but seriously, i just took about 12?steps back with no relief in sight.

I would give them negative stars if possible. This Company is a scam! I have had incorrect billing for over a year. There are various phone numbers that lead to the same portal of line agents who cannot correct the problem or access a billing manager that actually can. Instead, my complaint is documented and "Escalated UP" which really means that I will not receive an email or a phone call from Management to correct the ERRONEOUS charges. The Physician Practice is in full agreement with me that I DO NOT owe LifeStance this money. And yet, they are not in a position to assist me. So, I am left with a *************** that creates non-existent charges and then refuses to actually reach out to the Physician Practice for confirmation. **************** for this company means collecting your money; not actually servicing the customer. I have emailed the **************** twice now with no response. The phone number for the **************** only leads to a Voicemail which is another example of the flagrant disregard for professionalism. Three times, I have left a message with no return phone call. It is impossible to get anyone on the phone that can actually correct the problem that LiefeStance created. I DO NOT want to receive their candid general response that I have read on this site in lieu of resolution. I have spent my entire career with Fortune 500 Companies that understand the value of ****************. I have NEVER encountered such incompetence and blatant disregard for the customer from a company. Considering the triple F rating and all of the complaints, a bit of advice to you LifeStance. Word of Mouth can make or break a Business!!! And if that doesn't work, a class action law suit will.

Worst experience I've ever had. I was seeking help for issues I was having after having my baby. Provider did not listen when I explained new cardiac condition my pcp thought was caused by meds she had me on. She suggested an alternative that is on the list of meds to avoid with my condition. She was condescending and dismissive. Told me it appeared I was out of options and to seek therapy. I told her at every appointment I was currently in therapy. I have attempted several times to reach out to speak to someone regarding this and have been ignored. I would not recommend Lifestance (Kennestone) to my worst enemy.

I called the clinic everyday for 2 weeks before I went to work and at lunch to reschedule my appointment but waited for 30 mins or more and never reached a person to talk to. You can only leave messages during office hours. So they charged me a $75 cancellation fee because I didnt call 48hours in advance but I could never talk to anyone to reschedule my appointment. They also sent me a $400 bill in the mail and never filed with my insurance which I gave them the first time so I have to call my insurance and leave a message with the billing department of the clinic which didnt return my call for days.

Lifestance was a huge disappointment! The Therapist charged me $300 for a 1/2 hour pre appointment. My son was meeting him virtual and the Therapist would not show his face on the computer screen. Charged me $130 for 1/2 hour. Was quoted $130 per hour. I contacted administrator about the situation and nothing was done about it. She told me she would straighten it out and never did. I will never use Lifestance again. They are more about the money and less about the patient! Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!

This place is a scam. I was charged $300 for an initial visit after specifying that I was only availble for appointments after 5pm and promised that this was possible. When I called them to schedule an appointment I was told there was no one available during that time frame. They called me back and when I tried to complain they had "connectivity" issues and had to hang up on me and when I called back no one answered. Places like this give mental health care a bad rep.

I waited six weeks for a virtual intake appointment, and nobody showed up. I looked them up and realized they had a pattern of fraudulent charges, so I called my insurance and credit card companies to flag my file and make sure they couldnt bill for anything, as I wasnt the one who cancelled. Suddenly they are VERY communicative- Ive been contacted by 3 separate people. They are very clearly only concerned about the money, regardless of whether the services actually happened.

If your wealthy then you wont care. They charge $400 for a 45 minute appointment with a psychiatrist. And $300 for a 1 hour session with a therapist. This is unethical and just wrong
