      My doctor is great, this review is just a reflection of how the office is run. in the beginning of the year I switched insurnace. The information has been provided to the office on several occasions. They have yet to bill my carrier and continue to send me bills for the full ammount. I have reached out to the office over the phone and through their messaging portal and have been ignored for months. I asked my doctor to reach out to billing to try to get some sort of traction. He said he was told they would reach out that day. This was 6 weeks ago and still I have not heard from them. Unless you are interested in a billing nightmare created by lack of communication find anywhere else.

      I confirmed with lifestance and my insurance company that they are in network for my plan. I was at my deductible and was covered at 100%. They filed my claim out of network and are trying to charge me $500. They used a different address when filing my claim so it came back out if network. This is a scam!!!! They will not help you and embezzle money,

      If I could give this place no stars I would. They took money out of my account without my knowledge and did not send me a billing statement prior. It took me 4 hours to get this resolved today. My insurance provider had already paid out the claims prior to them charging me. Time to shut this place down!

      I would give 0 stars if possible. I was told weeks ago they knew their error and would rectify asap. Called today and representative said no we dont owe you anything. I have it in black and white. Charged my account $500 in one week. Copay is $48. This company has overcharged my checking account over $500 due to miscoding on statements to insurance. Currently refusing to refund the overpayment.

      I have been with lifestance for almost a year now. I have gone through 3 different psychiatrists. The first one was very nice and seemed to care. Unfortunately, my hours did not work with his. I personally dislike telehealth appointments, especially when it comes to mental health. The second person I seen, she was nice as well, but one day went on a leave. I was not communicated with by her saying I am leaving the office, nor did the practice communicate this with me. I received a notice that my appointment was cancelled. I called and they told me by the way we do not know when she is coming back. The next lady is nice, I do like her. Just the communication lacks very much. I send a message to my provider and no response for three days. I call the office and they told me they would get the message to her; she then messages back telling me she does not handle that. I'm confused if you are my provider and you do not handle this. Then why are you, my provider. This company pushes for telehealth appointments, and when you want in person. It is an ordeal. I have been patient. Bottom line they do not care about mental health, or the patient. Would not recommend.

      2 times I had telahealth appointment with therapist and prescriber from lifestance health and they didn't show up or neither call me to cancel the appointment or call to apologize or reschedule so I don't recommend then because they are not responsible and careless providers

      Lifestance and their hired help are not interested in supporting people and making lives better but rather taking your money. I had an appointment with ************ and she didn't show up because I was uncomfortable providing my credit card before my appointment. Mind you, they had my insurance, didn't run it and tell people "we need your credit card or we will cancel your appointment." Talk about unethical and unprofessional! ************ could have showed up to the call and at the very leaat stated she wants to help but needs protocols met first. Honestly, it's a blessing because therapy should be a journey to betterness and not a way to make money off of people...disgusting!

      My ************************************** was late on 2 of my 3 sessions. I didn't mind as I was feeling out the process as a new patient...Then I got my bill and saw she billed me extra for the sessions going "overtime" due to the sessions starting late. She charges $335 per session. Which is absurd for the "care" I received. On my 3rd session I was told "next week I'll need to cut our session short cos I'm taking my son to summer camp".. With no recourse or options to add for lost time. Good luck trying to cancel or speak with anyone. 1 hour on the phone with constant dead ends and loops.These people ************ your money and do nothing to help you. Medical board should take away their licenses and these "Drs" should feel ashamed of what they are doing to sick people.

      Lifestance is by far the worst doctor's ***************************** provider I have ever worked with. They have been comically bad at times. Every time I have an appointment my doctor is either extremely late or misses it - but I still get billed. Their billing department is almost impossible to reach so I end up paying the bill anyway (I once called to speak with them and was number 146 in line - that's not a joke or exaggeration). The doctor I work with sends my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy every time it's filled even after repeatedly reminding her where it should be sent. My doctor doesn't seem to take any concern or consideration for my life or situation, just has a list of questions she's required to ask.I would avoid working with lifestance at all costs, it's unbelievably how horrible they are.
