I placed an order of $71.95 for 2 items and never received them, i have gone through issues emailing them and they refuse to give me a refund. They say they will ship it out but never do every time. I ordered in September 2022 it is now January 2023.Business Response

The situation is pretty straight forward. I ordered a hoodie aprox 6 months ago for around 60$. Never received it. Emailed them asking for the hoodie and they say something akin to "we can send you a shirt, or if you want to wait a few more weeks the hoodie should be available" months go by with no delivery. after going through that loop twice here I am.Business Response

We just reached out to our warehouse to see why this has not shipped and it appears we have run out of our Offensive tees as we were fulfilling these backed up orders! We completely understand and apologize for any frustrations this causes and definitely want to make this right! You have a couple of options moving forward, you can either wait about two weeks for these to get back in or we can exchange this for a different item and get that along with a few free goodies as an apology shipped out today! I ordered two vip membership $150.00 worth of merchandise on August 2022. I have no receive any emails or tracking information. I emailed Rideclutch support in hopes to receive a refund I was told all sales are final but never received anything. On July 11, 2022 I purchased a gold membership for $30 and $32 in T-Shirts plus $6.95 shipping. Total charge was $68.95.Since then I've been charged $30 plus $6.96 shipping every month and have yet to receive anything. Not even my original purchase. I want a full refund.. this is obviously a scam. You guys are stealing millions from customers and not shipping out anything. I want my money back... total $253.70 plus interest and payment for wasting my time. It suck's that I'm having to file a complaint and its even worse I'm having to do it at 3am Christmas morning. I purchased a hoodie from Ride Clutch September 21st 2022 and never receive an email with tracking information for the shipment. A month later(Oct 21) I emailed their help desk about the order and was told the hoodie was on back order and I could select another as a replacement. In doing so I was told it would be shipped immediately. Another month(Nov 21) goes by, and I reach back out via email to see what the status is of my order that I already purchased was. I was told it was still not shipped and they would reach out to the warehouse to ensure it was a top priority to get my order out. After another month of waiting I reach out to see again what the status of my order was. This is when they stated that it would be personally packaged up and shipped that day. Its been almost 2 weeks since the last email I received that stated my order was going to be packed and shipped with still no order or even a tracking number. The fact that *** waited over 3 months for a Hoodie that they were selling as a promotion for their giveaway makes me feel like they could care less about their customers and only care about raising money during one of their motorcycle giveaways.Business Response

Ive purchased multiple bundle boxes from them. And havent received a single item. I asked for a refund and they spammed my email with a fake refund order. Theyve blocked me on social media so I cant contact them. They owe me alone 500$. On top of my friends who have purchased things from them and still havent received anything. I paid $76.95 on 08/08/2022 and was told by their ****************** that they keep accidentally not shipping my order. I finally asked for a refund and was told no. I've already contacted my bank to reverse the charge, but when I looked at their social media I found a bunch of people claiming that the site is a scam and that they never received their orders either.Business Response

On 08/18/2022, I placed an order for some clothing I liked being advertised by Ride Clutch. With the purchase, every dollar spent was advertised by Ride Clutch as X entries to a giveaway of a Kawasaki H2 motorcycle. I have all the patience in the world for small businesses these days with the high demand of dependable employment/supply chain issues, but after a few weeks of waiting on my order I decided to reach out via the contact field on the website to inquire about the order. I recall being sympathetic about the wait time due to unforeseen circumstances, and the response I received was that they were backed up in the warehouse and working diligently to get all orders out as quickly as possible due to the volume from that particular giveaway (response in photos from 09/09). No harm done, in the same email they offered me 15% off my next order. October 27th I reached out to ***** (who was nothing short of polite to say the least through any of the emails I received from her) to see about potentially cancelling my order for a refund since it wasnt looking like my order was ever going to come. ***** responded letting me know they had run out of the article I had ordered. I was given the option to wait roughly 2 weeks for the order to ship, or to pick out something else to exchange for my original purchase along with some free gifts for the inconvenience. I responded with my choice to wait another couple of weeks. Cancelling is against the return policy posted on their website due to the fact that entries into the giveaways are submitted automatically upon purchase, and entries clearly cannot be returned as theyre not a physical item. Moral of the story is, at the time of this writing it is 12/13, and I still havent received anything. No articles, no motorcycles, no updates. Im not looking to get anything free from this company, but I feel an exception could be made to refund my $120 since that giveaway is done and I didnt win or ever receive my items.Business Response
