    I placed my order on December 05, 2022. The order total was $98.95, my order number was NO. ******. I have not received any confirmation or shipping details for my order and when I contacted the company asking why it hadnt been shipped yet, I did not receive any response at all. After looking at other complaints and comments about this brand, I am not hopeful that the items will be here in time for Christmas. I would either like my items to be shipped asap or a full refund.

    On September 25 2022 I made a purchase during a specific promotional dates where they claimed they will send either an Xbox, ps5, or cash on every order for those dates. And again on October 23 2022, I made another purchase with the same promotion for different dates within my purchase dates. Neither of those orders have been fulfilled and I made several attempts to resolve it with their support team and twice they asked for me to verify my address. I verified it once and still nothing. When they asked the second time, I stated the address is on the email chain and the address on my orders is correct. I have been told that the order was sent and they were waiting on a tracking number and I have also been told that it will be personally taken care of by ***** who is the one responding to my emails to their support team.To this day (12/9/2022) I have not received any notification that my order has been processed nor if any of their promotions were even honored. My order still says unfulfilled on their website and ***** from their support team appears to just ignore my request for answers.

    On august 20th I made a purchase off of Rideclutch.com my ORDER #****** I spent $120 on a tshirt and hoodie, which supposedly came with a free gift in my package AND and multiple entries to win a motorcycle. It is now December 8th and still nothing but excuses from the company. it was about 2 weeks until my first email sent asking how long delivery should take as they claimed 2-3 days processing. They answered back with sorry were understaffed but your order should be out in about a week. Okay no issue. So I wait 2 more weeks, hear nothing, e-mail again to see whats going on. Thats when they replied your items are currently out of stock. You can wait about 2 weeks for them to be back in stock or you can choose different items. I politely let them know that I do not want any other items they have to offer and Ill just wait the 2 more weeks please! So 3 more weeks goes by and I hear nothing again. Now Im getting upset, so I email them asking for my order immediately or a refund. Get another response stating still out of stock should be here in 2 more weeks. And we do not do refunds so I opted to wait again ** I obviously had no real choice being that I genuinely dont want any other products besides the 2 shirts I ordered, and theyre refusing a refund. So I waited a 3 more weeks and email them again but this time in a new thread in hopes to reach a different employee I got no answer for over a month. So I went back to my old thread of emails with them and politely asked whats going on that its now going on 4 months with no order. They answered we strongly advise you choose a different product at this time. I replied I already informed you I do not want anything other than the items I ordered or my money back. And I sent them a screen shot of my 2 items still up for sale stating they are available Im the size I ordered!!! So they are still selling these products that they in fact KNOW they CANT fulfill. Im very upset and at this point I really just want a refund.

    I have been getting excuses for almost 4 months now, Im not interested in any of their other products. I just want my money back at this point. Had I know they were on back order or out of stock I would not have placed the order at all. They cant even answer me as to when my products will be back in stock, yet their website still right now shows that the products are available. This is a case of you not being able to fulfill your orders. I didnt change my mind and ask for a refund. You can not deliver what I ordered, so now Id like my money back before this needs to be taken to the next level of action.

    I ordered a couple t-shirts over 3 months ago and still haven't received anything.The shirts I picked said they were in ************** within a week.I contacted ride clutch asking to cancel and get a refund No ship date no nothing They just said all sales are final.After looking into them I noticed it's happening to alot of people so I'm worried they just keep taking people's money

    8/24/22 $100 I bought three shirts from the company that has since refused to give me my money back despite their 100% customer and satisfaction guarantee. Since ordering 4 months ago I've received no update, no shipping number or tracking number nothing despite numerous empty promises by some "*****" lady. I've since found other complaints and reviews about this fraudulent company on a couple motorcycle forums, multiple naming ***** specifically. They do this often and then when they do select a "winner" for their giveaways they hound and harass the individual to send $100 only then for "shipping" or processing only to never send out the gift to the winner. Someone should shut this scam down, straight stealing people's money.

    I first ordered something from rideclutch on the 8th of August then proceeded to put in 3 more orders on the 17th of August, 5th of September, and 23rd of October. My first email to customer support was on the 22nd of September because my first order had not been shipped and received yet. Since then my first order has been fulfilled but I have yet to receive the other 3 orders even though I have been assured again and again that the “next week” my orders will be shipped out to me. My last order from the 23rd of October has a “fulfilled” status but only has a shipping label created for it since the 15th of November. However my real concern is my second order on the 17th of August which is a hoodie that they have been saying is on back order, or they have short staff, or there are international Covid problems, yet they are currently selling more of the exact item I ordered months ago with the label of “5 in stock”. I have pictures and emails. All I want now after trying to just get the product I paid for for months is a full refund for all 3 orders to a total amount of $202.1.

    Unfortunately I have received this same response many times from this company and it changed nothing. Also it didn’t reference any specific purchase as I have 3 that are pending and have not received yet along with 1 of the purchases that I’m being told from them are supposedly on back order but yet they are continuing to sell it on their website with a note that says there are 5 in stock. They addressed this through email by saying it was a “bug” and that there isn’t any in stock but I am able to buy them which is illegal. All while no where on their website does it state that their products are out of stock or you are purchasing back order items, etc. In my first post/complaint I said I want a refund which also wasn’t addressed by them. I want a full refund because all their promises are empty and I have been waiting on purchases since August which is completely unacceptable by any reasonable company standards and they are s still continuing to sell those very same products to boot.

    Your company has assured me time and time again for literal months and nothing has changed. I am rejecting this company’s response because I have no faith in them at all that I will ever receive the hoodie that I purchased from them that they not only “assure” me every two weeks that the item will be back in stock and shipped out since August which it hasn’t and even to this day continue to not just present the item on their website with a number to which they hold stock for it but are still selling the item that they have no current stock for as said many times by them to not only myself but numerous other customers. Also no where in their responses back to me on this complaint system have they mentioned my grievances with this illegal action.

    it's been 11 week still no shirt I have told them that I do not consent to a delay in shipping and I am opting to get my refund which if I'm not mistaken They have to under federal law according to the federal trade commission. so in response the have not given me a refund and they have stopped responding to emails and blocked my Facebook and Instagram accounts. .... now watch they are just going to copy and paste the say response they have been giving everyone

    I want my refund I'm entitled to according to the federal trade commission 30 day rule! I did not consent to the delay in shipping! you advertise 3-5 days for shipping and it been 79 days now. Also you have stopped responding to my emails, blocked my on Facebook, and deleted all my comments! Here is the rule summary below from the federal trade commission showing your no cancel/no refund policy is null and void.

    Rule Summary
    The Rule, issued in 1975, requires sellers who solicit buyers to order merchandise through the mail, via the Internet, or by phone to have a reasonable basis to expect that the sellers can ship within the advertised time frame, or, if no time frame is specified, within 30 days. The Rule also requires that, when a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must obtain the buyer’s consent to a delay in shipping or refund payment for the unshipped merchandise.

    Your "all sales final policy" is null and void under the federal trade commission 30 day rule. which all the info on it was provided to you and a link to the rule on the federal trade commission website which I have provided again was supplied in my last response  - https://www.ftc.gov/legal-library/browse/rules/mail-internet-or-telephone-order-merchandise-rule . So as co owner of the company Aaron Benson why do you think this federal law doesn't apply here? We are on day 86! Aaron Benson on something that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days! seems pretty straight forward to me.

    On 10/01/2022 I purchased a few shirts from Ride Clutch to get entered into one of their motorcycle giveaways * *** *** *, total of $105 ( order #****** ). The giveaway ended over a month ago and I hadn't recieved anything from the company. So I emailed them asking to cancel the order. They responded that some of the items I had ordered are out of stock and that's why they didn't ship anything, and that I could pick out new stuff and they would ship that. I do not want anything else from this company other than my money back.

    I did some of my own research after the fact and they've been doing this to alot of people. I would encourage people to shop elsewhere.

    8/8-8/14/2022 9/25/2022 a total of $193.90 was spent on merchandise from this store, a mystery box, a shirt, and two carbon fiber novelties. 9/16 I email because I've not had any sort of shipping, delay, or delivery update. I get a response saying that they are short staff and have high order volume from a giveaway. 9/25/2022 I order a gift for someone during a ps5/xbox series x/ money surprise in your order special. 10/04/2022 I email again asking where all of my items are stating that it has been almost 2 months since I placed my initial orders. 10/08/2022 I get a reply that it is being checked into and immediately I get a notification that the order placed on 8/8/2022 has been shipped and is in *******, *******. The other 2 orders still haven't shipped at that time. 10/21/2022 I email another time asking where everything is as the order that shipped has been stuck in ******* since 10/08/2022, and the other two orders still haven't shipped, I get an instant email asking what addresses everything needs to go to. I give the address I want everything to go to and get another email saying that the shipping addresses have been shipped, but no other update or timeframe of when things will ship/arrive. I email a few more times and get 2 day later repsonses that it's being looked into but no answers on what was looked into. 12/02/2022 i email asking for a refund, get a response that all sales or final and can't be canceled. 12/02/2022 I email saying I would like my items delivered or my money back.

    I ordered from RideClutch on September 18th. I spent $101.95 on one single T-Shirt and one single hoodie. I emailed them the first time over 1 month (Oct 28th) after my order was placed, and got a generic email saying the hoodie was out of stock and that I could wait for it to come back into stock or exchange it for 2 T-shirts in its place. After several emails back and forth getting told that all the hoodies or T-shirts I wanted were out of stock, even though you could still order those very same hoodies on their website, we finally came to an agreement on T-Shirts that I would get in its place. I was then told that my order would be shipped out in three days. I filed another complaint with them again on November 10th, saying that I STILL had no communication on shipping and that I had not received my order. I was told I could not get a refund due to their "all sales final" policy, even though that policy contradicts their "100% satisfaction guarantee" policy. I told them I expected an update on shipping that very same day and I'm sure you can guess what I didn't get. Also the response to my complaint filed on 11/10/22 I didn't receive an email back until 5 days later. My final complaint I sent out just the other day on 11/28/22. 2 months and 10 days since my order was placed. A response was sent to me today with the EXACT same generic "out of stock at warehouse" excuse I had received exactly one month ago. This is the most scam sounding company and I am talking to my lawyer tomorrow about what can be done about this company. I am done with the excuses and this company needs to be shut down! I am not the only person who has had a very bad experience with this company and something needs to be done. I am not the only person who is being sent this EXACT "out of stock at warehouse" excuse.

    I have received the same scripted response from your company on several occasions now and so have many other customers. You have blocked me on social media after I made a post calling you out, and still have not contacted me as to when my order will be shipped. You are a terrible company and I don't believe for one single second that you aren't just stealing peoples money. 90% of the complaints against this company come in the past 12 months and I will fight this until something is done about this company. You do not deserve to be in business. I have seen proof that you have refunded orders in the past and I will be contacting my bank now to get this charged back. Sad that I need to take these measures even though this could have been resolved weeks ago when you first asked me what I wanted in exchange for the hoodie that was out of stock, which I answered and you're company assured me it would be shipped out within three days of that email exchange.
