    An order was placed for a "VIP Mystery Box (Elite)" for $250.00. The order number is ****** placed on September 25,2022. This order was placed in an effort to enter a motorcycle giveaway sponsored by this company as well as a chance to win cash or a PS5 during this week only per their social media posts. I've exchanged emails with ******************************** and have received several responses saying the order would be personally taken care of due to the massive delay. I have been respectful in asking for updates and now am not getting any response. I feel like this may have been a scam and at this point am only seeking a refund of the paid amount. I don't need any extra compensation or the products I was expecting.

    I purchased 2 items , 1 on December 4th of 2022 , and , I have not received my order. 2nd order was 1-2-2023 and have not received. I have contacted customer service and their response was to give me 15% off code on any purchase, while it's nice to get a break maybe send my original purchased items . Also my 2nd purchase came with entries for a ps5 or Xbox. I spent a total of $83 dollars ?? . I don't know what is happening but reading all these reviews maybe they should law suit ride clutch ??. We should get a class action lawsuit going and then will all have motorcycles. Ride clutch get it together ??

    On November second **************************************** ***** with taxes and shipping. I reached out a month ago asking for an update about the order and after a few days got the response that they have had high volume and short staff, And that they were shipping things as fast as they could. They tried to make me feel better with a 15% off code. (Why would I buy another item if I havent gotten the one I already ordered) I emailed them again on the 7th of this month and have yet to hear anything, so over two months and I cant get a single shirt shipped to me? If they front have the staff they should stop taking orders because this is ridicules. The real kicker is that all sales are final and they have it written on their website, I didnt think much of it because Ive purchased shirts in the past.

    I ordered a hoodie and two shirts on September 1, 2022. The order number is ******. I also ordered three shirts on September 10, 2022. The order number is ******. I have yet to receive either of the orders. I have contacted the company. They explained to me the merchandise was out of stock and it would take a couple weeks to be in stock. The date of the contact was December 2, 2022. I contacted them again today by email with no response. At this point Im out $265.

    On 9/16/2022 I ordered a Legalize Wheelies Tshirt from RideClutch (order ******). I received no information about tracking. On 10/26/2022 I emailed RideClutch because I hadn't received it. On 10/27/2022 ***** emailed back saying that shirt was on backorder and asked if I wanted to wait 2 weeks or get something else. I opted to wait. On 11/27/2022 I asked again where it was. 11/29/2022 ***** said they still weren't in stock and offered an exchange. On 12/5/2022 I sent my replacement request. On 12/13/2022 I emailed again since I got no confirmation on my replacement item. On 12/13/2022 ***** emailed me a list of 26 Tshirts and said those were the only ones left to choose from. Mind you, the Legalize Wheelies T shirt IS STILL FOR SALE ON THEIR SITE. On 12/13/2022 I emailed my choice from the list she provided. She replied and said it would go out ASAP. On 12/26/2022 I emailed again asking if she had tracking information. On 1/3/2023 she replied that she would reach out and get it for me. On 1/5/2023 I replied again asking for tracking info. Today, 1/9/2023 I again asked for tracking info because I am not getting any responses. Over 3 and a half months for a Tshirt... and the website is still taking orders. They won't allow refunds.

    I purchased 2 products priced at $80 each and I never received my products, one was purchased in August 2022 and the other was September 2022 I have sent emails and i do get responses of "we are working on it" and yet here I am ******* of 2023 and still having never received my orders. Attached is my order status that says "fulfilled" dated in August and September, also attached is the one of the emails from December asking about my order numbers with their standard response.

    Hello, I have been back and forth with ride clutch since September of 2022. It is now January 5th of 2023. My first issue with this company started when I Placed an order (Order #******) back on august 11th of 2022. I was told the item was on backorder which I understood and was happy to wait. Months later I followed up with them again. They had told me it would be in stock in 2 weeks on October 26th of 2022 which I agreed to wait for at the end of October. I had also signed up for the elite and gold memberships which charge my account every month $105.00 since August 16th of 2022 until after November 13th of 2022 when I canceled the subscription because it is useless to pay for something I felt that I was never going to receive. Which is a total of $420 of unfulfilled orders. On top of the order from August 11th for $91.95 that brings this total to $511.95 that I have not received yet. Attached in the supporting documents are about ****************************************************************************************** progress with my orders. I am being very fair with not requesting a refund for $511.95 that I have paid for and I have not received yet. I just want what I paid for. Its that simple.     I placed an order on October 23rd of 2022, I made a purchase of a sweatshirt from ride clutch, and was told I had so many entries in the motorcycle give away. Later I was informed the was a problem with my order, because of warehouse staff issues. So is is now 3 January 2023, and I still have not recieves my merchandise which I purchased. I recieved an email stating there was a tracking number created for my order, but when I look it up, the order has still not been shipped out. I have emailed Ride Clutch, and I also let them know I would seek legal actions if necessary. If they are trying to scam me for $80 plus of merchandise purchased, how many others have they also scammed. I don't even believe I was entered into a drawing at all. This is fraud and theft. I am tired of waiting, I just want my merchandise at this point because they do not give refunds. Thank you for taking the time to read this.     This absolutely should have been shipped by now! We have just reached out to our warehouse and have had them make this order a top priority to ensure it gets taken care of now! You will be receiving an email with your tracking number by the end of this week!
