This company is a scam. You can see it all over their social media. The people who has had the same thing happen to me post all about it on how they either never got their order for months without their money back or getting something entirely different with no exchange. They say all sales are final but that would entail that they fulfill their end in order to enforce this. How can a sale be final when I haven’t received my product from 2+ months ago? I want my money back but they’re saying they will ship out the product now even when I told them I don’t want their product I just want my money back.Business Response

Ordered a hoodie for $76.95 on 9/18/22, order #******. I never received any shipping conformation or product. I emailed ride clutch on 10/13/22. I received a automated response about warehouse delays and short staffed. Today is 11/25/22 and I still have not heard from the company and still do not have my hoodie. Online it appears ride clutch is well known for not shipping out products in a timely manner. Im looking to receive a refund at this point. This company is a scam.Business Response

The item was in stock on the date of purchase. I received no email about my (1) item being out of stock. Again, their social media account is full of other people with the same issue and lack of customer service. It is unrealistic to wait over 2 months for a hoodie to ship without any communication from the company.Business Response

I ordered a hoodie back on 9/4/2022. Began emailing with customer service back on 10/12/2022. A shipping label was created that day and nothing else has happened since. I have over 15 email exchanges with them and they have had had me "confirm" my address twice now and told me I should see updates in 48hrs several times. I have a chain of 17 emails that I'd gladly share not only showing that but that I have never received an offer like the one mentioned. This company will send me multiple emails but when I email customer service they will not email back. I understand that the company might be busy but it's been almost a month and haven't received my items in the mail. I spent $150 and haven't received anything from them. I have order from them before and got my item within 3-5 business days like they say. I've been seeing alot of people complaining that they haven't received anything in 3 months. It's just crazy because I ordered from this business before and had no issues. 09/06/22 Placed an order for a shirt and a hoodie payed $105 with tax and everything. I still to this day have not received what I had ordered and theres a no refund policy on it. I would just like my products I ordered or if not for this company to be shut down. I seen and read a lot of reviews and Im not the only person to be experiencing this. This is a flat out lie they did not reach out to me to inform me that my item was on backorder! After ordering my item on September 18th an item that said on there website it ships in 1-3 days I didn't hear anything from them until I emailed them on November 6 wanting a refund which they responded to on November 9th with all sales are final and they're unable to cancel orders. so this claim that they reached out to me to let me know my item was on backorder is a lie and if they want to claim I'm lying please provide the email you allegedly sent before November 6th letting me know about the status of my order. On July 9th 2022 I ordered two Hooded sweatshirts from ride clutch for $155.00. They sent me a confirmation email with the order number ******. The email also stated "we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Then I never heard back about the order.On October 3, 2022 I contacted ride clutch to ask where my order was, they responded the next day saying the order wasn't in stock and It should be restocked in about 2 weeks. Or I could exchange for new items. I was willing to wait two more weeks.On November 9, 2022 I contacted them again stating, it has been more than a month and I would like my money back. They responded saying they had an "all sales final" policy. And i could wait for an unspecified amount of time, or an exchange. There is nothing else on the website that I really want. No updates, consistently late deliveries, you have to contact them for any updates/information (they should be proactively providing), and late/undelivered promises.I have made 4 purchases from this vendor, 3 of them being this year and I can say they have been very disappointing with their delivery. I will only include the details for this year (2022).I purchased a birthday gift for a friend on July 26, 2022 and it didn't deliver until September 1 (missed his bday), a *** package for myself on August 2nd, which didn't come until September 3rd, and the *** packaged autorenewed on September 1st, which I still haven't received anything yet as of 11/10/2022, even after multiple emails contacting them.They replied they have staffing issue and then later, issues with their supplier. Note: I had to ask why, they never once provided me updates when my order was past their "*** 3-5 business day" shipping, not after 2 weeks, a month, or even after 2 months. I was in the dark until I asked and even then, they didn't provide much update and would rarely follow up with any real information other than, "we'll look into it" and other generic responses. They never gave me the option to cancel and refund my order either, I was only once told I could swap my *** package items to the mystery box as the contents were similar, which I think is BS, rude, and bad business practice. I think their lack of transparency and updates, or option to refund is borderline or actually illegal; or at the very least against general business etiquette/standards.I have all the screenshots as proof uploaded. I have emails but did not include as they are long and a lot of back and forth. A 3-5 day thing shouldn't take more than a month, let alone 2+. If they cannot promise those times, they need to provide updates or change the *** I don't think their motorcycle giveaways are genuine either or other promotions they have. It's approaching 3 months of delay, for being "backstocked on 1 item or more". Why wasn't the specific number of items being backstocked listed? If only one or two items are the issue, the *** box's contents should have been updated or changed earlier on, broadcasted the delay and option to substitute, or offered a full refund. I was offered to have my order changed, "If you dont wish to wait for these you can absolutely exchange this for a different item! Our mystery boxes are very similar." but I didn't sign up for this option nor was this offered to me until it was given as an option in response to my email on October 7th. My order has not been fulfilled in a reasonable time. No option of a refund has been given.
I want a refund at this point as I no longer wish to support this business and am disappointed with the communication, transparency, and follow up. The responses have been lacking and audacious toward the customer. I wish to stay hopeful and charitable, but I am tired of all this back and forth, which I have to proactively do, and failure of delivery.Business Response
