Made 2 purchases in August 2022 for around $150 and have tried contacting rideclutch but no response. Ordered 2 hoodies from the company on 1/2/23 for $170 (order ******), it has now been over 3 weeks and there is no shipping confirmation. I have reached out to their support email on 1/14, 1/20, 1/21, and again today 1/26. I have tried contacting them on their Instagram page via comment and via DM. They are disabling comments on their Instagram now. The company says they are going out of business and I am worried they will not ship what I ordered, as I have ordered from them in the past and they have taken 6+ months to arrive. I even have an order from February of 2022 that I have not received (order ******). I want both of these ordered refunded immediately, one for $170 and one for $76.95.Initial Complaint

I placed my order on November 25th 2022 and I have not received my order as of yet , todays date is January 26th 2023, i got 2 emails saying that next order will be 15% off. But nothing more, next email I sent was requesting shipping time or a refund and they never replied back and when i went to their website it says it will be opening soon. Website: www.rideclutch.com 3 separate orders by myself,*************************, and my husband, ************************-#****** placed 9/16/2022 total $100.00 -#****** placed 9/18/2022 total $80.95 -#****** placed 9/24/2022 total $43.95 Shipping disclaimer under each product description states the following:Shipping:Usually Ships out in 1-3 Business Days.Please Allow 3-5 Business Days for Shipping.You will be able to track your order with the tracking code we send you via e-mail.I began emailing ******************************** on 10/4 and asked for shipping update and have continued to do so. I have included the full thread and order information in the attachments. The person who corresponded with me at ride clutch via email was *****. To summarize, I originally emailed regarding the order in my name (#******) and was told in response to my original email on 10/4 that they were having shipping delays. When I included my husbands 2 orders on 11/29 I was told in response that there are international shortages and that I could not get a refund and cancel my order, that I could exchange though. No comparable products were in stock so without them canceling my order, I was forced to wait. I asked on 12/12 when I could anticipate my order. I received a response a week later that the last update rideclutch received was 2 more weeks. I sent a final email today (1/25) highlighting how dissatisfied we are, advising of the federal trade commission rule they are clearly violating based off their shipping policy displayed on the website. (16 CFR Part 435) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. I placed an order at rideclutch.com for a hoodie, I paid $66.95 in totalt $60 for the product and $6.95 for shipping, and the website states 1-3 Buisness days shipping I placed the orders on September 18th 2022 its been 4 months and I still havent received the product it hasnt been shipped my order number is #******. Ive reached out to the company twice now to either get my order and or get a refund because its been way too long. The company hasnt reached out to me and hasnt tried to make things right. I ordered a t-shirt on September 25th 2022 for $41.95. So almost 4 months later with numerous back and forth emails and PROMISES of extra goods in my order and top priority status and still nothing on January 18th 2023. This place is a joke and will never receive any of my business again. I doubt that there drawings for the bike giveaways are even legit. I wonder if a lawyer could look into there drawings and see if my entries or other scammed parties were in fact submitted to the raffle. Im not looking for an apology or more fake promises I just want my shirt or a refund.
