I placed my order in mid October , the products I ordered were all in stock. I then never received shipping information until multiple attempts were made to find my Order after weeks. I was finally told the products would be shipped on December 7. I then received a tracking number but **** never received the items from the business! It was not been shipped yet and now the company will not answer any sort of communication after more than 30 attempts to contact them! No refund provided and no products after they already made sure they took my money! Terrible business they should be shut down!Initial Complaint

I have placed an order with ride clutch on or about January 5th 2023, it says on the website that it would take five to seven business days to receive the package. It has now been almost a month since I placed the order and have not received any news about my order. I have emailed customer support almost ten times within two weeks about my order. I have yet to receive any kind of contact from the ride clutch employees. I just want my products already. I had ordered my three shirts during the most recent video game console giveaway too, where they state there will be either an Xbox or PlayStation or money in every order. Im just ready to receive my shirts so that I can move on from this company.Initial Complaint

Order day shirt September 18th still haven't received it. Ride clutch support stopped responding to emails as of December 1st 2022 Used a different email address January 3rd they responded I gave my order number then never heard from them again. Give me a refund so we can be done with this.You're not responding to any emails so it looks like you're just stealing my money. Please don't try to feed me any of this BS that you're getting with the warehouse or that order should have already shipped you've already used these lame excuses with me and I've seen you just copy and paste them to other people so please stop wasting my time and just give me my money back and do the right thingInitial Complaint

I placed an order on December 2, 2022 and as per their website, my order should have been received by Christmas. Now it is January 17, 2023 and my order has still not been shipped. I have called and their number goes straight to voicemail. I have emailed and have received no response. I even sent a message through their contact us page and still nothing. All I want is for my order to come in or for them to give me a full refund if they cannot ship it. I placed an order on September 21st 2022 for $100 with free shipping and another order on October 23rd 2022 for $35 plus $6.95 shipping with ride clutch. I have been attempting to get tracking information for these orders starting on November 15th 2022 up until today. They completely stopped responding to emails on December 27th 2022 after i asked for a refund for the items that have never been received. I purchased a hoodie for $71 dollars and a couple tees for $41.95 on September 19 for the hoodie and September 21 the tees. It is now the new year January 12 and I have yet to receive my items. I contacted the company support little after a month on October and was told that they would make it a priority to send those right away and that the fees were out of stock. I accepted like many others the chance to switch and receive free goodies. Another 2 months pass and again nothing to be shipped. I then reached out again and was told that she would personally make these shippings the same day and I waited for her to send me my tracking and nothing. I wait after the holidays because I considered them to be busy again and still havent received items. I then emailed again and had given up on receiving my items and just wanted my money back due to the fact not only am I being lied to but the company has time to make these promoting type vids on social media but cant take up there word and personally go ship items. They said that they do not do refunds as stated in the website. After seeing some reviews it is because of the giveaway tickets. Well theres already been 2 giveaways since my purchases and why would it matter now I did not win the giveaway nor did I get what I purchased. I was blindly robbed and keep getting consistently lied to.
