    I spent over $250 for Christmas gifts and such and have not received any items, Even after 6 months of back-and-forth emails with customer service I have not received any product or money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RIDE CLUTH!!!

    I would give negative stars if possible. I bought merchandise for the sweepstakes, never received a tracking number or my product. I emailed them directly and was told they would ship it out immediately but never did. Stole my money and now wont answer my emails, DMs and it appears they dont have a phone number I can call. What a horrible company that takes advantage of motorcycle culture and advertises false promises to the people their stealing money from. Im sure the sweepstakes are all fake and they could care less about the riding community.

    I order merchandise on 11/26/20/22 back to back a total of $83. And I still have not received my merchandise, no one is responding from ********* emails. Today date is 01/18/2023. I just want my money and no merchandise back because I dont fell comfortable receiving the 2 shirts.

    Hello I am writing this review because of my complete frustration with this company. The quick info on this company and my experience is that I ordered a $40 shirt from ride clutch on 12/8/23, still hasn't been shipped!!!.. I have a order number so I decided to email ride clutch and NO RESPONSE. I have been emailing them often a couple times a week and trying to get ahold of them but nothing so I highly suggest to NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

    I ordered a t shirt for a giveaway chance and they gave me the runaround on why I never got my shipment. Their customer service person offered a replacement and it's been over 4 months with no response and no replacement. The cost of the shirt was only $35 plus shipping and handling but I want all users to know if they do this to all custo.ers then they are making a substantial amount of money by ripping people off. Never order anything from rideclutch.com

    I placed the order Nov 6 2022. I have reached out requesting update multiple times. They only responded once. I have requested cancelation and refund several times and they have not acknowledged. I have gotten my bank involved and they are investigating. Don't buy from them!

    I made two separate orders with this company and they have yet to send out my orders and its been over a month and a half. I have tried connecting with them via email and i get an automated response, stating due to the holidays and low staff they are far behind. This is extremely unprofessional and no other company Ive ever ordered from has ever taken so long to send anything out. I will NEVER purchase anything from this vendor again. I also filed a dispute to get a refund from this joke of a company.

    I ordered in august of 2022 my order has yet to be fulfilled theyre robbing people of their hard earned money. I will be filing a lawsuit

    Emailed them 3x about my order. They replied to the first 2, but it was the same response for a lousy 15% off an item. Ummm no thanks. I'm still waiting on the other item I ordered so what makes them think I will order again. I disputed with PayPal and they ruled in my favor. Hoping to get my money back soon. Will not order from them again. Terrible customer service.
