    Placed order on 9/17/2022 for Sweatshirts and other miscellaneous items. Have not received what I have ordered have not gotten a timeframe on where any item might become available. They have not replied to last email to customer support. They say all sales final, no refunds. I just want what I paid $189 for.

    Like most people have said; 0 stars if I could. They promised an Xbox 1, Ps5, or cash in my order. I even emailed on Oct. 29th to verify I didnt read incorrectly. ***** with Rideclutch told me I most definitely was entered in the promo and would be receiving a game system or cash. 2 months later, still no order and I email for an update which I never receive. Here I am today with just an over priced T-shirt, time wasted emailing and FAQ searching, and a weird mix of anxiety and excitement over the past 3 months because I didnt know if I would be playing COD with the boys next week, next year, or ever.. not by rideclutch that is. Its just so lousy of a company to take advantage of so many people and lie with enticing things like this. If you want just an overpriced T-shirt or something else (my god, have you seen the price of some of these items) by all means, hit em up! Just ignore the promos, all it is, is false advertisement. They deserve lawsuits and to be shut down.

    I place my order on November 23 2022. $74.95 sweat shirt for a Christmas gift. I stayed in contact through email. After reading all these complaints. I realize I have been told all the same things other customers have been told. Short staffed, they are behind due to a give away, she has contacted warehouse to put on top priority and if I dont receive a tracking number by end of week she will personally package and send out. I really had faith in them that I would receive order. But now the email responses have stopped. I want my order refunded! I will be calling the bank to see if I can do something about this.

    I place a order back on September 9 2022 for the red H2. I waited patiently for my order to be shipped. Once I realized it wasn't been shipped I contacted them. They told that one of my items was out of stock weeks later even though it said they had it in stock on their website. Months of email I finally picked a different shirt. They continue to promote these giveways, but I see too many complaints about orders not been fulfilled or not been shipped out. I never had a problem with them before I used to get my orders in a timely matter. But now when I email I get no response back. I have asked them when will my order be shipped or can I have refund. They are not willing to refund me or give me my order. I spent $182 and I can't get a refund or my order I have ran out of patient with them. If I could warn people. I tell them that they will steal your money and not send out your order. To matter worst they used to have their address and number on their website but they since have removed it and give you a email to contact them and they don't respond back to you after they say your order will be shipped out

    I had high hopes for this company. Their image they created online in the motorcycle scene looked so appealing and as if they were an excellent company. But I was very wrong. Over the past several months Ive tried placing multiple orders which would just result in loss of money, no product, and every excuses in the book. After posting my experience on my Instagram I received a sickening amount of messages from people who have had the same experience as me, or even worse. I really hope this company gets shut down. Its a disgrace and a disease in the community of riders.

    Would give no stars If I could bought a hoodie from them never got shipped out emailed them and they just say there busy and will get to it been over a month no tracking info or anything and of course no refund I wish I never spent money with them I wish something could be done someone needs to shut this company down for robbing so many people

    I order a 100 dollar wallet from these guys and still havent received my wallet.. its getting close to 3 months and now they wont refund me and they used the excuse of being understaffed, No product and they wont refund me!!!???

    This company is ******************** ordered clothing from them months ago and never got an email. When I emailed them about it they said they are having warehouse problems and took another two weeks for me to get one of my orders and I still never even received the other order. I will never order from them again
