    Sonoran Radiology billed me twice for a mammogram that I received on 6/1/21. The claim was processed through my insurance company, BlueCross BlueShield, and Sonoran Radiology was paid in full ($411) on 7/14/21. They have been sending me a bill every month since being paid by my insurance company, stating that I still owe them $411. I've called multiple times, conferenced my insurance company in on the calls, and explained to them that they billed twice for the same service. We've provided them with Explanation of Benefits (EOB) statements, showing that they've been paid, and why the second claim was denied (duplicate claim.) I was told last month (7/26/22) that this would be resolve. However, they've continued to bill me. I received another bill, dated 9/22/22, and it states that they are sending me to collections if I don't pay. I just spent another 45 minutes on the phone today with ****** (no last name given), trying to resolve this. He sent me an email, saying that they will get this resolved, but the email was addressed to "***********" (who's that?), doesn't state the company name of Sonoran Radiology, isn't signed by anyone, and came in from a "No Not Reply" email address. I've tried for over a year to get this resolved, and I feel that Sonoran Radiology is harassing and threatening me, hoping that I'll just pay the duplicate bill so they can get more money. In addition to getting this resolved for me, other consumers and the **************** need to know that this is happening. I can't be the only one having this problem, especially since Sonoran Radiology is no longer in the BC/BS network of approved providers.
