    I received a collection notice and it appears to be from February 21st when my daughter had a seizure. Reviewing the claims in my health insurance portal, it appears I should have been billed $12.29. Please see attached explanation of benefits. Sonoran Radiology LTD sent in a collection notice for some reason for $139. I never received a bill for $139 nor for $12.29. It's possible that I missed it, a lot was going on. If a bill wasn't issued this is abuse. I'm happy to pay the $12.29 due. I would like this taken off my credit history. Thank you for your help.

    Had a CT scan done at the facility in Dec 2022; received a bill from the provider and tried to pay on line (imagepay.com); the bill would not show in my account so I called on 3/2/2023 spoke to ************ who researched and told me no payment was required.(480 323 300); received another bill from Sonoran so I responded in writing with this information. The next corresponce I received was from ************************* collection agency. I would like a supervisor to contact me explain the disconnect and if money is owed I will certainly pay but that is not what i was told.

    January 7, 2023 I went to the ** at ************ in ********** ** about pain in my arm. I seen one nurse that checked me in, two nurses and one Doctor during my whole visit that provided medical care and information. They ran some tests, gave me some pain killer to help the pain in my arm calm down and I had an *** on my spine. Within ***** minutes after my *** the Doctor came back in to tell me my C4 and C5 were pushing on a nerve in my spine. He recommended the Sonoran Radiology Clinic in ******* if my symptoms got worse again before I left to go home to ******. He prescribed some pain medicine and I left to go back to work. I never seen nor spoke with Sonoran Radiology during any time that I was in ******* working. I received a text message on June 2, 2023. They just billed me $1001 for doing nothing!! I called Sonoran Radiology back on the number that sent me the text message about the amount owed. A woman answered and said they work with Honor Health and I told her I did not have any thing done by any one from her company when I was in the **. She said they reviewed the *** and that is false because the Doctor actually gave me the incorrect information about which area of my spine was the issue, so if they did give him that information then they need to be shut down immediately! I seen a spine doctor when i got back to ****** and he verified the actual correct spine area that has the issue after reviewing and showing me my *** results. I then hear chickens crowing in the back ground and realize it's some kind of scam because the lady is not in the **. I am reporting this company for fraudulent billing. This company is illegally getting information from Honor Health, and possibly Honor Health is part of the scam, and billing patience fraudulently! They need to be stopped! I will fight this in court if necessary, we are military and I will be reporting them both to Tricare as well for fraudulently and excessive billing amounts.

    I had a mammogram done and this company processed the bill for the radiologist in Sept. 2022. Acct #*********, I received a bill of $250 in 11/22 and paid $50 online on 12/12/22. This company is under contract with my then medical insurance ****** ***** paid their maximum allowable for this procedure of $40.88. The company took $53.04 automatically online on 1/17/23. After that payment was taken I stopped the auto pay and paid the balance. According to my insurance company, the company should have accepted the $40,88 as paid in full according to their accepting their insurance. My insurance and I have called numerous times asking for a refund starting in January. One employee, *****, has told both myself and the insurance company that a refund would be mailed in 7 to 10 business days. That was in January and March. In April I talked with ********* and she told me it had to go to claims review and it would be 30 to 45 days. I told her what ***** told us and she had nothing to say. On May 4th I talked with ****** (or *****) and she first told me 30 to 45 days, then later in conversation told me 7 to 10 business days. I live on a fixed income and could really use my refund of $209.12. Thank you.

    I was sent to collection on. When bill was paid in full on March 30th. Sonoran radiology wont fix the problem. I have spoken to many people on the line. I dispute with the collection agency with documentation. and Sonoran radiology wont take it off the collection. They keep telling the escalated the problem since April 1, 2023 I give them a month a wont take care of it. I have attached my proof.

    Sonoran radiology billing is consistently in error. Their system is down when I call. The insurance company cannot pay the bills unless the proper codes are provided. I have been attempting to resolve this matter since 12/22 for bills dated 9/01/22. I receive bills for the services not paid by the insurance due to their improper coding. The insurance company resubmits the claims for revision and no response .

    On 9/26/21 I took my daughter to the hospital due to stomach pain. At the hospital they ran a lot of test including an xray done by sonoran radiology. She ended up having surgery and staying at the hospital. Per my health insurance I am only responsible for the hospital copay stay. I recevied a ****** hospital bill which was my copay portion. Then on 11/07/2022 I received a letter from a collection agency stating that sonoran radiology had sent them a bill of ****** for service done on 9/26/21. I contacted my insurance and they stated that sonoran did not sent it to them as a hospital emergency visit therefore they did not pay it in full and that they were going to investigate and try to contact them to resolve. I also contacted the hospital who stated they had no bill for ****** and confirmed that my insurance paid everything including the xrays that were done by sonoran radiology and that the only bill I had was the ******. I contacted sonoran radiology 1/27/23 and spoke to a Josev whom I explained everything to and confirmed that they did not had the correct address on file even though the correct address was provided at the hospital. Per my insurance when i spoke with them , sonoran radiology should of billed this as an emergency visit and insurance would of paid everything. I need your help resolving this since sonoran radiology sent me to collections and i dont want this to be sent to my credit.

    Received a bill from a lawyer collecting a debt from a charge that was never billed to me or billed to insurance Upon questioning and research the hospital had billed accordingly but the radiologist had never sent a notice to either myself or insurance before filing a claim for collection which was under a minor child's name and information. Therefore billing was never notified to anyone outside of the collection lawyer.

    I suddenly got a notice from a collection agency, and when I followed the trail it traced back to Sonoran Radiology Ltd., which is a "subsidiary" of Radiology Partners who actually handles the bills. They claimed they sent me two bills, which I never received. I received all other medical bills for the last year so they were lying. They sent me a "statement" with no logo or letterhead that looked like it was cooked up on a typewriter in a basement. They said they couldn't give me a copy of the bills, until I insisted on speaking with a supervisor. After almost 2 hours on the phone, they finally coughed up a bill. The initial bill was over 6 months after my service, as my insurance company initially denied their claim and they appealed the decision. They billed me for the same service twice. This company is shady as heck. Radiology Partners are a holding company for most of the radiologists in 35 states - someone needs to investigate them!! The BBB in ********** shows numerous similar complaints about them.

    I am being bill for service that were done in the emergency room of ****************************** on 03/16/2021.They billed insurance twice and received payment of x dollars on 10/11/2021. now 18mo later the want to collect a deductible which was paid to the hospital. This is the first time a have ever received a bill and it there final request. I have call trying to resolve this issue, with no help or conclusion. One should not be responsible for a bill from services 18mo ago. Everyone else involved in the case was paid in a timely matter. This is an unfair practice. They should be held accountable for there actions.
