This company is awful. I brought my car in for a tire rotation and the guy tried to tell me I need 3 new tires. I just had my car inspected. And based on how "bad" the guy tried to tell me my tires were, they should have never passed inspection. He said "industry standards" show I needed tires. I took my car to another place and got them rotated no problems. Also, tread was fine. Discount tire is full of it. I don't recommend going there at all. My sister works at a car dealership and she said they don't do business anymore with them because they are scammers.

No rating isnt possible. Horrible & dishonest. Need to remove slogan, lets get you taken care of. I bought four new ****** TS5 ultra touring tires on March 13 of 20. These are ****** mile tires and I have put ****** miles on them. I have them rotated regularly I have had them checked for whether or not they need an alignment. They do not. And when I told the man that at discount tire last week he said they were lying. They have no reason to lie. They couldve made money off me. My two front tires are completely worn flat across& are at 4/32 and the back are at 6/32. They should replace those tires at no cost. The entire time Ive had them Ive had low tire pressure probably eight times. Or more. They offered to replace them for $306. Thats a joke! Thats like me buying brand 2 new tires. Then I told him that was way too much money and he asked what I want. Told him Id pay $150. But now that I thought about it I will not pay anything. They sold me horrible tires they do not stand behind them. When I went to **** that I have used for 13 years they said this is a bunch of BS. They should replace those tires at no cost and I agree! But having read all these horrible reviews about them I dont expect anything from them. I will never go there again and I will make sure and let everybody know dont go to discount tire. They have zero customer service! The young man that I first spoke to, Said he didnt have to help me but he was doing me a favor. What a joke! These people should not be selling tires. I am 65 years old and a woman and when I came in there both times it was extremely dangerous with ice and snow. To me a reputable company wouldnt even let you leave that way. Even though my tires are in and I have an appointment for 30 December, I went in fri and they said they didnt have time to do them I could come back the next day. They were still open for three hours. Such a huge lack of concern and professionalism and certainly they dont stand behind their word

Discount Tire in ******* damaged all four of my wheels when new tires were mounted on Nov 19th. While they have admitted fault they will only replace two and the other two they say can be repaired. The damage is the same on all four wheels. Taking time out of my schedule to be without a vehicle to take it two two different places for a replacement and repair is absurd. I commute 50 miles each way to work M-F and have no way to do so while my vehicle gets repaired or replacements are mounted. Why should it cost me money to take off work to have damage they caused repaired/replaced. If the damage is their fault they should replace all of them at least. I have reached out to the corporate office four times and only the first time did an assistant vice president reach out to me. He assured my the store manager would reach out to me and would make everything right. I have never heard from him. I sent me one email stating he "tried to reach out" one time and my phone apparently didn't have service. Each time I tried to call back I was told he was not in the office or that he would call me back shortly. Never happened. I have never spoken to him. The three times I have called corporate customer service since then... I was again told an AVP would reach out. Never happened. I blows my mind that a company with this poor of communication and complete disregard for their customers is still in business. An employee admitted to me that they no longer train in house and that is likely what led to the damage on my wheels. If you admit the damage was done my your company - should you not be responsible for paying for the replacement? Why is that two wheels can be repaired but the other two can't? They can't even refer me to a wheel repair company to have the work done at??? They should pay to replace all four wheels if they damaged all four wheels.

I suspected a leak in one of my tires which I bought at Discount Tire and were barely over two years old. They measured the tread using some sort of scanner and said they cant repair it for safety reasons because the tread was too low. The truck had just passed the state inspection and still had plenty of tread (it was above the wear indicator block). But they were very eager to sell me a new set of tires. Seems like a scam to me and a potential waste of tires.

This is completely frustrating and disparaging as an easygoing customer. ********************** and their affiliated third-party insurance company have shown a total inept towards customer service and have demonstrated a disregard for the damages done by their tire technician. You would assume at some level a commitment or empathy would be made to address the problems created by their negligence. My family was without a vehicle for over three weeks and had to endure challenging work schedules, school pick-up/drop-off and other basic travel arrangements. I feel my kindness to the situation was taken advantage of and I was misled about the commitment to reimburse me for the damages done to my vehicle. The incompetence and malfeasance to this situation shown by ************** has been just that...a lie. The lack of transparency and poor customer service will be conveyed to my family, friends, neighbors, and will be put in my community forum about this level of fraud. I will tell everyone I know about this unfortunate event and inform them to be mindful from where they purchase their next set of tires.

Never let them alone. I thought I was stupid for being cheated, but after giving corp. a chance to respond directly and coming here to post(?) I found how big a moron I truly was!!! I spent $364.00 for 1 flat tire. Letter to corp headquarters, which is discover card BTW. (truncated)Let's start from the top and before I go to the BBB just because, embarrassment aside, if it potentially helps one other person on a very limited SSA, it would be worth it.To begin with my name is **** and on 0/10/22 I like many old people do who can't sleep worrying about everything, I went to Grocery store when I looked at my dash to see I had a low tire (frt.lft) knowing Belle tire (where I could have saved gas at least going there and money and no doubt not being so foolishly trusting with a BUILDING!! where I had done business 'happily over many years and cars.) had a free air pump available.I stopped pumped and went into ******* upon exiting I saw the same warning so naturally(?) I assumed I did not fill it enough, not having a gauge and being pitch black by the pump.I pulled up went to the pump and the tire, attempting to top it off, disconnected the hose and was greeted to a loud hiss. I had a load of groceries and a tire rapidly going flat and since I cut my insurance to bare minimums and insurance agent certainly not open and no way I wanted to pay a tow.I drove to my gov. apt. residence trying to decide if I wanted to be stranded there, when it occurred to me there was a shop near by which is where I headed. Now here is the summary (only a theory of course) stopped for air went back for air (possibly jamming the valve stem core) easily done. went to local shop had it changed made appointment at discount. went to discount where my tire was damaged (my opinion) which made a flat repair impossible, according to '*****'' which I knew considering the location. How was it made ''the rim had a chunk out of it from a pothole driving from ****** hand

I purchased four new tires. After two weeks, One tire was leaking, after another week another tire was leaking. After going back to discount tire to get them fixed and addressing the issue with the manager. It got me no where. Apparently these things happen. I was told. Now, I've taken to my shop and had 3 out 4 tires fixed due to leaking value stems. My shop said it was due to bad installation. Meaning someone didn't know what they were doing. How does this place stay in business. I would like the cost of my tires and my shop bills rembursed. I can understand One tire being faulty but not 3. This can't be a manufactured defect as stated by the scripted manager at this location. ..

On October 1, 2022 I went to Discount Tire on ************************************************************************** to have a tire pressure sensor changed out on my vehicle because it hasn't been working. When I arrived one of the red shirt guys at the front computers (white bald skinny man about 5'6 maybe in his late 30s) came out and said he would take a look at my vehicle tire sensor. He looked at my vehicle and within about 10 seconds he proceeds to tell me that there is nothing wrong with my car tire and he will not change the **** I told him its broken and I want to have it fixed that's why I came it's been going on for months the light keeps coming on. That employee tells me it must be the tire air pressure; I told him no because it reads zero every time. He immediately became irate raised his voice at me and began to argue telling me I'm acting like he doesn't know what he is doing, and to make matters worse he tells me go somewhere else! because he gets paid regardless and laughs mumbling to himself. I drove to Tire Works and they have actual good customer service employees they know how to talk to people. They checked my Tire Pressure Sensor and changed it out and told me that yes it was not working that's why the light kept turning on and reading zero. This is the 2nd time I have been treated badly at Discount Tire in February of this year i had ordered 4 tires when I came back the next day to have them installed another red shirt tells me they have better tires and tried selling me different size tires and the guy was also hostile and told me he will not install them if I don't get those ones. What an embarrassment that is to this company to hire people that think they can talk down to customers. I have been a client for many years, and I will not be coming back to this company ever again. Very unprofessional.

The name says it all, discount, discount services, some tires being sold are not road worthy, they cant balance a tire, they cant repair a flat tire, they will intentionally ruin your tire so you have to buy a new tire or tires. They scratched my car,my rims,I was told someone would reach out to me and they did but never followed up.I had to repair my vehicle,I went back to the dealership and had the tires rebalanced, they were way off on there balancing. The manager pleaded me to come back to repair everything, and what an idiot I was in doing so they damaged my car even more, stay away from the facility in ********* *****,they will damage your car
