      They include a certificate charge for a warranty per tire. They did not tell us this was an optional charge, just added it in and told us the tires came with a warranty. This is a shady business practice.

      I went to Discount Tire in **********, ** on Friday Dec 23, 2022 to have my front passenger tire replaced. On Friday Dec 30th my car broke down and was towed to the Kia *********** I found out that when they jacked my car up it was put in the wrong place and put a hole into my oil pan and caused all my oil to leak out. My engine is seized and their insurance company *************** is denying my claim. I am now having to get a lawyer to help me with this. Please don't go to the Discount Tire in **********, **.

      I brought my car to one of the locations after being at Tires Plus and being told they couldn't fix my flat. Discount Tire was able to do it - and at no charge! I decided the next time I need new tires they would get my business. I've had a good experience at the location I go to. Friendly, helpful, and quick at getting my car serviced. I love that I can go to get air put in my tires without getting out of my vehicle!

      Jan 27, 2023. Probably isn't much that can be done about our issue but that doesn't make me any less angry. We had our **** Silverado towed to Discount Tire, after 2 technicians sent to our home (by State Farm) on **** & **** were unable to get the spare to drop. (We had this problem before). We decided to just have it towed to a tire place because he needed new tires, anyway. It just so happened to have occurred on one of the coldest days in Jan. right after we got about 6 to 8 inches of snow. I work close to Discount Tire so I went and paid the bill, so they could complete the work while I went to pick my husband up. About 20 min. later we return and they hadn't pulled his truck in yet. Here's the problem. I told them and paid for a rim (in case they couldn't get the tire to dropped). We sat and watched as the techs, removed the tires from the truck, and installed the new tires and put the (best?) removed tire on the new rim and put it in the bed of the truck as instructed. Here's the issue, not one of the 3 technicians even looked at the tire under the bed. They told us a tech looked at it in the parking lot. I'm not buying that someone got down on the knees in 6 inches of snow and slush and attempted to drop the tire, when they were about to pull said truck into the bay, where there would be much better lighting (starts to get dark by 6pm) to replace all the tires. Then they didn't put the hub cab center caps on the tires that they installed. I would like to have this hub cap centers replaced or new hub caps supplied. Doesn't matter they will not get any more of my business anyway. I was going to leave my Traverse for new tires (which are larger and more expense, NOT HAPPENING)

      your link didn't send to any where I could even leave a comment to regards to your reply. All it did is take me to the site to order new tires or other items from your store. not going to order anything. and the hub cab centers missing from my husband **** ********* at the this point I'm certain are long, long gone. I have no need for my Traverse as that was taken care of awhile ago.

      **************** greeted me and my son at the door. He made sure that everything was offered that could be done on the car. He gave me an option of all his products that he had to offer. He gave me a number to where I can get my sons back window fix on his **** **** focus the windshield wiper blades did not work, he also gave me a corruptible business name, maximum auto to get the tire off all the focus that was jammed. His customer service skills was above, kudos **************** from *****************************************

      I am single mom who works 3 jobs and still struggling to make ends meet. This has been a tough and icy winter and my bald tires almost got us in a few accidents. I reached out to Discount Tire headquarters and explained that I could not afford tires due to my situation. Within 24 hours, I hear from their offices who referred me to the manager of the shop next to my house. ****, the manager, called me directly and said that he could help me with tires and asked to contribute whatever I could if I had it.I am sitting in the waiting room right now and was taken care by **** himself who took off most of the cost and I paid enough to cover labor for his guys which wasn't very much. He did not treat me any different than the past times I had been there for my car and my son's car. I have been using Discount Tire for as long as I have lived in ** (about 10 years now) and I have nothing but praises for the staff and the service that they have offered.

      Absolutely ridiculous. Took my vehicle to Discount Tire in Crestwood to have a Tire with a nail repaired. Waited a few hours. After the employee said it was fixed. Shortly after leaving Discount Tire my tire pressure light illuminated along with the tire that was supposedly just fixed going low again. Long story short I took my vehicle to a different establishment. There I learned that no repairs had been completed on my tire. There was still a nail in the tire. Absolutely ridiculous! I already know if I took it back to Discount Tire they would have said I need a new tire. I am beyond livid and annoyed. Don't waist your time with this establishment.

      On 1/3/23, I went to Discout Tire on *************************** to get new shocks and struts when I noticed my car bouncing. my appointment was 9:45 AM. *************** gave me an estimate of $1995 61. I knew this was not cheep, but that seemed rediculas and over priced. *************** had me wait for 7 hrs. The parts he needed to be purchased right across the way at ****************** Experts ************************************. Other people where waiting also but they were treated with much more customer service than I was. I also did not appreciate waiting for 7 hrs when it should only take about 2.5 hrs to install, ignoring me all day. I would like to have at least request a refund in the amount of $1200. These people do not know what customer service is. No wonder there was a lawyer that entered. I guess this company is in pretty pour standing and does not follow their own policy I am amazed they stii in business. For the future I will take my business elsewhere. ******

      I had my tires changed by Brentwood location, They used my gas tank on my ***** to lift it causing **** dollars in damage and not saying anything! I found out when getting gas 3 days later and gas was poring out of my ***! I had my children in the *** on our way out of town to visit family. My kids life and everyone around me was in danger! This was on 12-14-22 and My car still sits at ***** being fixed. ***** was a clear indention on a floor **** on the bottom of the gas tank holder and a circle crack in the actual gas tank, 2 gas lines are bent, fuel pump bent, sensors broken, charcoal canister had gas in it and gas in places there shouldn't be. My vacation was ruined, my kids and my self lives where at risk and no remorse! I wish I could include pictures. ***** insurance still has yet to take over the claim and my gas tank is on back order with no ETA! They still expect me to pay **** for tires after all this is so ridiculous! I lost money on hotels and they cant even return a call! PEOPLE BE CAREFUL HERE! WATCH YOUR CAR WHILE THEY CHANGE TIRES AND CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING!!!

      https://www.dailydot.com/irl/discount-tire-charged-600-for-2-tires/This is not the first time Discount Tire has charged for tire replacement and only rotated the tires. This happened to me at the ************************** ********, *****. The tire I purchased had to be sent from another store so I had to prepay and wait a day for the installation. I recorded the serial numbers on the original tires so when I discovered another nail in the front right tire (vs. the back left tire where the original nail was found), I rechecked the serial number on the tires and all tires were original! 'Oh, we must have written the ticket up wrong' was the excuse I got but I showed the lying manager my copy and asked where the brand new tire was. He checked and they conveniently now had three tires in stock. He gave me $100 off for my troubles but I suspect many customers have been robbed by Doscount Tire.
