I purchased a voucher from them for PlayStation and immediately upon trying to use it they voucher did not work. I reached out to support and they said it was due to something on PlayStation end with a migration but the voucher shows active on their end and unused and to wait until that was completed. After the migration was completed I tried my voucher again and now its showing that it has been used. Their last email on 5/14/22 told me to try reporting it with PlayStation so this time I went through them to see if they could assist. They said the voucher has been used but not under my account and to send in proof of purchase and they will investigate. Once I sent in the proof of purchase they stated that since I bought my voucher through an online reseller they cannot investigate it and to reach back out to them. So I reached out to CDkeys again and they are trying to say its not their problem and that it must have been used. Conveniently this all occurred after 60 days after purchase so I cannot dispute the charge with my bank so Im out of money and dont have what I purchased. Given how long they made me go through this whole process I feel like they sold me an invalid voucher and made me continue to wait until outside the dispute window. I tried to resolve with them but they have not responded to my most recent email so now reaching out for assistance.

On June 18th, 2022 I purchased 4 downloadable codes each for 12 months of PlayStation Plus through CDKeys.I immediately recieved the codes and attempted to redeem them but received error codes on each noting that the codes are Invalid and have already been used. I never used any of the codes. The 4 codes delivered to me never worked. The total cost of those codes $242.36. CD keys would not refund or replace the codes citing that they were valid when delivered even though they were never redeemable. They are fraudulently keeping my money.

I received a code to redeem a Playstation Plus subscription for a year. However, in order to attempt to use the code, I had to access the one they provided. The code I received did not work- the system told me that code had already been used. I have requested a refund two times for this issue, however, the first message I received asked for specific pieces of evidence. Which I provided and the second response I received stated I could not receive a refund because I accessed the code. Of course I accessed the code to try and use it. I escalated it to PayPal and PayPal denied, saying 'the item was delivered' . Not disputing that. An already used and worthless code was delivered.Attaching the messsage I received when trying to use the code. Also attaching a partial credit card statement showing my payment to cdkeys, and also the amount I ended up paying to **** to get a working code for the system.Thank you
