Im filing a complaint against the Circle K at ****************************************, due to ongoing harassment by two employees and complete lack of corporate follow-up.Ive been a respectful, long-time customer. The issue began when one employee had a personal problem with my husband (who now waits for me on the public sidewalk). Despite him never entering the store, I was confronted and told I needed to get him to go away or I wouldnt be allowed in. I calmly said that wasnt my responsibility and that I hadnt violated any store policy.From there, the behavior escalated. Every time I entered, the same employees would yell across the store, mock me, or unpredictably act fake-sweet to provoke me. I never reacted. I always stayed calm and respectful.The final incident was on May 23, 2025. Both employees began yelling as soon as I walked in: You with the pink hairget out! One used mocking hand gestures as if to insult someone mentally disabled. The other charged from behind the counter and tried to take my photo without permissionin front of a store full of customers. Ive never been told Im banned or done anything wrong. I left feeling humiliated and unsafe.I ***orted the incident by phone. A *** named Suben said my complaint would be sent to the proper team. But to date, no one has followed up. No case number. No explanation. No accountability.This is unacceptable. On 5/31/2025 I made a purchase at the Circle K in ***********, **. At that time the product was unlabeled and in anunmarked bag not containing ingredients, prices, etc asrequired by state and local law. The employees ************* packaged the ******s. It was not the first timethis had occurred, as a few months prior the same store hadplaced two "broken up" ******s in plastic cups and soldthem as "three packs." This is on record and a complaint isfiled. I was injured after opening when I partially swalloweda metal staple in one of the ******s. Upon inspection it wasfound that the ******s were stapled in an improper mannerand one had fallen into the bag. The missing label is howthe packages are sealed normally. I injured my mouth,throat, tounge and had anxiety after the injury. I contactedthe ER for instructions. I attempted to contact the store manager on two occasions, before calling customer serviceon 6/1. The store cashier hung up on me despite mereporting the accident, and said there was no managerthere, would be there, and had no contact for him. A reportwas taken by CS on 6/1. I then immediately went back to thestore on 6/1 and documented the fact that there were stillstapled and unmarked ******s among the "fresh" andproperly labeled ones. However, after purchase it was foundthat a "salted carmel" ****** had a peanut butter one in it,another major safety issue. On 6/3 I contacted ** again as Ihad heard nothing, and was given a case number. ********** the insurance carrier to make a claim and wasdenied again. I asked for ******** reports and resolutioninformtaion again on 6/5 and was denied again. I asked forall eveidence and security camera to be preserved. I toldCS I would call proper agencies to report their lack ofconcern frome and the public safety should they not reachout. In May I chipped 4 $5 rebates for Trulys./used my phone number/ scanned the barcode, and bought the 12 limit. . Subsequently, in the next weeks no rewards have posted for should be $20 I called customer service completed 6 forms as I was instructed to do by ***** on call. I have 7 different case numbers that dont work. (automatic responses that they were received and have called 7x inquiring about my promised rebates within 48 hrs. I spoke to Shibany 2x, including today. She was most unhelpful, informing me that none of my contact methods work.?Id like my rebates these are cases numbers: ******** ?******** ******** ******** It has been promised by 4 K customer service representatives that Id hear back rPlease see screenshot Please tell me how to obtain my $20 which is owed to me personally four days ago. Ive spoken to several K customer service representatives. Why is this such a problem? Why is no one able to look at my account the receipts that I clipped the rebate and Im owed $20 in reward? This is unacceptable and a scam. Id like someone to please follow up as has been promised by four other Circle K customer service representatives. Please see the receipt. On April 12, 2025, while parked at the Circle K located at **********************************, a Circle K employee swung open a heavy metal trash door which struck and damaged my vehicle a 1996 blue ***** Astro van. I witnessed the incident and captured it on video.I immediately informed Circle K and provided them with all relevant details, including photos of the damage, a description of what happened, and the incident location and time. Their claims adjuster, ****, acknowledged the claim as valid and stated Circle K would cover damages. However, they have since delayed the process and insisted I acquire written estimates, which is unreasonable given the situation.Due to the age and unique paint of my van, a spot repair will not match the entire van may require repainting to restore its condition. The estimated cost is $5,750. Circle K is now attempting to minimize their payout or treat the vehicle as a total loss due to its age, despite admitting fault. They have not provided any alternative resolution or compensation that reflects the full extent of damage or depreciation.I have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly, including calls, emails, and even offering to escalate. I refuse to accept a mailed check unless it is delivered in hand or via direct ACH transfer. I also take issue with the lack of accountability from the employee who caused the damage no contact info or documentation from them has been provided.I am filing this complaint because Circle K is deliberately stalling, refusing reasonable resolution, and failing to properly manage their employees negligence. I went into the Circle K to purchase tobacco products. I waited in line and once I got up to the register and asked for what I wanted he sharply told me no and accused me of trying to buy the tobacco for another customer. There is video footage outside the store and inside the store that will prove on 02/14/2025 at approximately 7:30-:740 PM I did not speak with anyone else. I have been to this store many times and bought this same product with no issues. I was extremely embarrassed and shocked at the accusation. I went to the Circle K store to get cash back and some drinks. I asked if giving cash back and they said no like normal. Not big deal. Went to the in store ATM and got cash. Grabbed my drinks. Went to checkout. Asked if they could break the 20s I just got. They said no. I asked if I paid with cash if they could give back certain bills. Said no again because its holiday season. I asked what is the difference. They said because there is no one to go to the bank. Its a Saturday by the way. No one can go to the bank in the afternoon anyway. So I debated buying items for less than a dollar to get the change I needed. Decided against it as it was too big of a deal for them to make my life more convenient. As a convenience store I thought I would have no issues getting two 20 dollar bills split. They were very rude and werent willing to help at all. Ive been going to this store for years. The Circle K thats located on ********* and Van ***** So in ******* beer ends at 2 AM to buy alcohol and I was standing out the window for 20 minutes knocking on the window calling the phone she answered and an employee *** go to the window she never did then it became 202 now I cannot purchase alcohol now this is what they have me messed up at because Ive been sitting here for 1520 minutes and you want to come to the window when you want to the store is so inconvenient. The doors are always locked. They make up their own rules their own hours like theyll shut down the middle day just because they want to shut down A syringe fell down in somebodys cup from the ice machine. The store is way out of penalties. They decide when the hours of when you can stop loading your chime card because they just dont wanna do it.Initial Complaint

I am a concerned customer that can no longer walk into this store . The fact that we live in ******* and for about a month already walking into my everyday circle day. There is absolutely no reason why the ac isnt fixed for the employees. For a large store portal small ac units does not do the trick . I myself can no longer stand to be in that store. Ive seen the employee sweating excessively, sad, looking helpless. As a human we fill for each other ! No one working a multibillion corporation should have there employees working in a large store in 95 degree weather. Someone of those workers are about 50 years old trying to make ends meet at home and suffering at work due to the heat. Heat leads to health issues ! Heat exhaustion leads to strokes and also death! Employees are what make the company going ! Please send help before someone looses there life just to be able to pay there bills and support there familys. It shouldnt take a company over a month to get a ac tech to service the ac. Or just because they didnt make budge they shouldnt make enjoy suffer please send help !Initial Complaint

Circle K claims to be a 24-hour business but after multiple attempts over the past few weeks of trying to make a purchase at several separate locations in between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. I have found they are in fact not open 24 hours.This is not only a one store issue, this happens all across the ******************** area in *******.
