******* SYSTEM UPDATES from Apr2022-Jul2022 issued security breach to access your device. I've manage to block the intrusive company, those updates have shown they were able to push pass my security even hacked Norton360. ****** SECURITY BREACHED when logging in, another device logs on & can't be removed in ****** Accts Manager. ******* BIOMETRIC UPDATE 6.0.0.4 -fingerprint update another security breach installed. W/ the other unknown device in ****** acct it was able to unlock my phone w/o password only swipe. ******* was able to access my phone through ****** PUSH notification the allows access to the device and installed on an android phone or tablet or Linex device. I've manage to remove from ****** accounts manager but this last time it's been locked onto my ****** account and I cannot remove it. I've removed my recovery phone number and recovery email. Ive installed ****** authenticator and used the backup codes. Even that has been tampered with due to the extra device that cannot be removed from ****** security account. Ive sent help and feedback to ****** with screenshots. Nothing fixed. ALL these troubleshooting steps I've made have been since Dec 2021 to now Aug 2022 new system updates Installed are due to the fact I've call ******* Norton and ******* stating my case of the hack placed on my phone as well as the replacement device and next replacement device. They've managed to log in through ****** PLAY APPS then username passwords Norton security system web browsers website previously used. Once hacked my phone features change to previously stored information and software saved at the time. BEWARE.

Impossible to get a person on the phone to verify charges. It looks like my mother is receiving scam emails pretending to be Norton, but its impossible to verify because the one time they answered the phone, it was a person talking to someone else and they didnt realize they had someone on the line.

The services did not work for me. I felt like I was given the run around and ripped off. One of the head female workeres was rude and unprofessional. The free trial ended today and I was charged. I asked for a refund, the first rep said I can have a refund but when this lady got on the phone, she gave me a song and dance and when I declined all the discounts she offered (10, 20 and 30%off, she said the best she can do is give me next month services free. I stated I want my money back as she continued to try to over talk me. Needless to say I lost my temper and we got into a shouting match. I ended the call by just hanging up on her. I don't even have an account with them, why would I agree to something I don't even have? I would not recommend anyone to use these services.

My subscription ran out a few months ago and I get daily emails notifying me of the same even though I told them to not renew. Then I started getting calls from them and blocked the number. On their emails when you click unsubscribe it takes you to another offer to renew and will not let you unsubscribe. This company is horrible!

The first year with Norton LifeLock they gave us a nice discount. Comes now the second year, they want to charge us almost $700.00 per year for 2 people, security and iPhone protection. This is outrageous. I need to find a different company who doesnt rob you.
