I had identity theft added this past week. I have been a Norton customer for 10 years. I have had **********************'s password manager on my mobile phone for at least this long. When the ** theft was added, Norton wiped 10 years of passwords after this occurred, and I have spent at least 3 hours on hold to no avail. I was offered to have a Tier 2 support person call me back. I came home 2 days early from my family weekend because I was told I would get a call on Sunday 9/4/22 at **** - no call. I thought maybe they got the day wrong, so I waited today on Monday 09/05/2022 at **** - NO CALL. I had to call and start the process all over again for ******************** 2) to tell me that unless I knew the password to the existing vault (as he was remoted in), he could only help me set up a new vault, which would give me no hope of recovering my passwords. When the ** theft was added to my account a new Norton Password manager was automatically installed, and it wiped all of my information. My husband (furious) asked him to transfer us to someone over him. There was a long pause (several minutes), and I said, "hello" He said, "just give me a moment." He hangs up the phone and ends the remote session. So, I will be canceling my account for which I have been a customer for over 30 years, and I will tell EVERYONE about this poor customer service, and lack of efficiency. When my husband called this company back, no one would transfer him to a top supervisor. They leave us on hold for several minutes, and then they disconnect the call. I am astounded at this treatment.

I signed up for the first time, I paid for a subscription, and got nothing. I called customer service, they said they didn't see a subscription or any payment taking out. They wouldn't help, i was told to call my bank and dispute it with them. I would not suggle or trust them. I will take your money and you get something. I won't ever trust them again in my life. They are not trust worth.

Actually ZERO star. I have used Norton products and been satisfied. But their auto-enroll policies and ridiculous lack of customer service have gotten beyond acceptable. Trying to request a refund is next to impossible. They ask for unreasonable steps to "verify" in order to refund even though they were able to access my account and see the charge in question. They wanted me to either get a "verification code" out of my email that I did not have access to during the call (to make me hang up) or else they wanted to transfer me back into the automated system (that I battled for 10 minutes before even reaching an agent) in order to plug in my full credit card number as some other bizarre way to "verify" they could refund me. I will be switching to a different product - not because their product is bad - but because their policies and customer service is very very bad. Unfortunate. Do not allow auto-enroll in any circumstance.

A person working inside of Avast stole $20,000 in a scam taking all of the money from my bank account. They also charged me $100 fee for the International Wire Transfer. I was scammed. The person's alial name if *************************** and his accomplice is *****.Avast execs stated they have escalated the case but took no phone number or information I had about the scam. I know they will do nothing to investigate this case because of not taking information I had on the scam. The people I did work with spent two weeks installing Avast software on two laptops with some problems, They were very professional, very polite, informed, well intentioned people. I don't know how this scammer got into my system but I gave all of the information to Avast execs and they said the case was escalated. I assumed everything *************************** asked was necessary while working with Avast. Avast stated they have no employee by that name. Mrs. ***************************** Troklus

I signed up for lifelock after discovering that I was a recent victim of identity fraud, someone had taken out a $3,500 loan in my name and of course never made a payment. I discovered this when my credit went from 810 to 690 overnight. I signed up for lifelock so I could check and monitor any other possible identity fraud. Ironically, the day after I created my lifelock account I had some fraudulent charges on my Amex card. When I log into lifelock and check the alerts it says *********** you don't have any alerts or notifications to review". The identity fraud doesn't show up, the credit card fraud doesn't show up, just a green checkmark and a message that everything is good. Obviously lifelock is terrible at doing the one thing they are supposed to do. So I cancelled my autorenewal, so that after the first year which I already paid for the account will be cancelled and lifelock wont get any more of my money. The cancellation process immediately took me to an "Are you sure?!" page, I clicked "yes". Only to be brought to another are you sure page, then another, and another. I think I had to click yes about 6-7 times. At one point the yes button disappeared from the center of the screen where I had just clicked and was replaced by a "Don't cancel" button. Like a shell game. Now I feel like I've been scammed and ripped of twice, once by the person who took out a loan in my name, and once again by lifelock. They use fear and deceit t

HACKED BY NORTON - I was logged out on an Android and iPhone, of my Norton's Vault Password Manager. And sent an email link (I did not click) as it ended up in my Spam folder. The voice on a call I made was a person (foreign ladie's), talking in a 'fake' automated voice tone. That is how I received the email link, from calling Norton Premium support. Took me 6 hours to delete 175+ passwords.

I have not had AVG for years and have had 0 computers with this software, yet AVG continued to **** me for years! I finally caught this and reached out to them to cancel. I've spent the last 20 minutes being repeatedly harassed by a retention specialist.. after repeatedly telling them to stop now and cancel this and refund my money. This company is not honorable at all. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I was on the phone for 2 hours with three different people trying to get a refund. They threatened me with legal action because I would not go out at night to a store. I will never deal with Norton again
