0/10. Carvana wouldnt honor major cosmetic issues of LT3 delimitation of dash and doors non-latching vent that were submitted during the claim window, but magically cannot be found or honored even now, 28 days after purchasing the car. Thanks Carvana. Hope you enjoyed my $65K!

Weve purchased a few vehicles from Carvana. The first two vehicles there were a few discrepancies between the photos/descriptions and the reality of the vehicle, but we decided to give them another try. We purchased a vehicle, and there didnt seem to be any major issues. However, we noticed the key fob didnt match the key fob in the photos/description. It was missing the remote start and tailgate buttons. (The vehicle also doesnt recognize the key fob is even in the vehicle half the time). We notified the delivery driver who said that was the only key they gave them for delivery. They had us contact an advocate, which we did immediately. The advocate had us send a picture of the key fob that we received, and they opened a case on the issue. The case worker found that the vehicle did have those options, but said the best they could do is possibly a $100 check in a few weeks. They refuse to replace the key fob with the one that it belongs with. We did some searching, and just one replacement key fob costs $200+ with programming. Its very dishonest to switch the keys from the one in the photos/description. The right thing to do would be to at least cover the cost of getting a correct key for it. It ruins the vehicle buying experience. And it was definitely not a cheap vehicle. If we wouldnt lose the money we put in on the non refundable shipping cost, wed return it and give our business to someone else. Stay away! Well definitely be avoiding them as their photos/descriptions are apparently often wrong.

Carvana tried to rip me off for my car, saying my 2014 Porsche was worth $100!I re-entered the data for the offer, as the car is near mint with only 29k miles, but again, $100 for a Porsche I paid $73k for in November? I don't appreciate them trying to take advantage of me!

They sold me a $30340 car that needed new brakes & rotors! I had brakes replaced by a dealership, the warranty should have covered this work, but they denied my claim because I went to a dealership and not a place on their list. The car wouldn't pass inspection without new brakes. ********** (************) looked at pics of the brakes and said they weren't that bad, but the dealership wouldn't pass the inspection. Since ********** denied my claim I had to pay the cost of the brakes, $1080. This car should have NEVER been sold with bad brakes! Now it's too late to return the car and I'm out $1080, after paying $30340 for the car.**** *.

They do not thoroughly inspect their vehicles. Within two weeks of purchase, I experienced a significant electrical failure, causing the car to stall on the freeway. The following month, the battery and radiator required replacement. A month later, the lumbar support and an AC vent needed repair. Despite this, they certified the car as being in excellent condition. This car is a complete lemon. Better off going to a certified dealership.

I purchase a *** telluride sx from carvana, within 20 minutes of receiving my vehicle the engine light comes on . I go back to tower and the representatives installed an app on my phone for a repair maintenance contract. The next days I was leaving for vacation and thought i would take it to the shop when I got back. They sent me to a shop called Eurofed and the absolute worse service I've every encountered. Their concern is with the dealership relationship not a accurate fair accessment of the problem. They kept my car almost two weeks and my car still wasn't 100% fixed. The 150 service list that supposed to be buyers assurance and quality stamp is just a lie. The ** didn't work, my car had a blown head gaskets, also a ****** thermostat replaced, cruise control didn't work bad bad and rotors and a bad caliper. I'm told the warranty dosen't cover brakes and rotors, I understand that but I just pick the card up. I was making the first 30 day payment why my car sit in shop two weeks. And I had to pay a deductible for something they certified as a hood car. All within two weeks. None of these issues should not have been missed. I promise both that I am going on a campaign to let everyone know what they are doing and how they conduct business. I understand if I had wore the brakes and rotors but this was when I pick it up. ******* is a shabby auto service and lies about everything. Avoid them and Carvanabat all cost.

I bought a 2020 jeep renegade from carvana and it was the worst experience ever. Huge oil leak. Not just a drip, we are talking puddles of oil everywhere i went. They wanted me to take it in a second time to get fixed. I did not buy a car for more problems than I already had, yes they took the car back but did I get my money back? NO!The 3rd party bank has lost my check. They said I never made a payment. My account is closed. ********* is just lost. Thanks for the car payment and no car!Don't buy Carvana!

*BUYER BEWARE* ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL BUYING EXPERIENCE I bought from Carvana four years ago and the transaction was both flawless and seamless, we went into the car vending machine and drove off within 30 minutes. It was great. It was so great that when it came time to trade that same car in, I came back to Carvana. This time, however, I made the unfortunate mistake of having the car delivered and the company is just not the same. The car I ordered online and the car that arrived were not the same car. It was short a key, missing all the accessories to change your tire, but worst of all there were TWO HUGE CHIPS on the driver side windshield, directly in the line of sight, and quite conveniently, COVERED BY A STICKER. The chips literally make it illegal to drive in ******* as they are DIRECTLY obstructing the field of view. When our delivery driver ***** dropped off the car my wife noticed the chip under the sticker, removed it, and pointed it out to *****. ***** was a very friendly and affable driver that assured us that customer service would take care of it. He actually waited there onsite with us while we called it in, sent pictures, and were informed we would be contacted within 48 hours to schedule the replacement time. Imagine our shock when three days later I had to call to find out what the deal was, and was informed not only would they not be fixing it, but that they had already tried fixing it and were fine selling a car that could not be driven. I have done everything to try and get Carvana to do the right thing, and no matter how hard I try and they are just determined to prove that they simply do not care. I could live with the missing second key and the missing tire changing tools and will have to, but this is deliberate bamboozlement. I am disappointed that they are willing to let a chipped window on a $40,000 car determine our entire experience, to diminish our excitement, and unfortunately learn the hard way to NEVER BUY FROM THEM, again
