I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding the recent purchase of a 2022 *************************** (purchased on May 15, 2025) from Carvana, my fifth and likely final transaction with Carvana.Upon picking up the vehicle at the ******, PA location, I immediately identified a large crack in the windshield. I notified the Carvana associate at the time of pickup, who acknowledged the damage, took photos of the crack using his iPad, and confirmed that notes were added to my account indicating the issue. He also assured me that an after-sales repair would be approved to resolve the matter.Despite this documented acknowledgment and the associates verbal assurance, I have now received an email from Carvana denying the repair, and customer support has stated there is no record of the photos or notes. This response is unacceptable, especially given that the damage was brought to Carvanas attention before I took possession of the vehicle.Selling a vehicle with undisclosed visible damage, particularly one that may affect vehicle inspection or safety compliance, raises serious concerns under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law. The fact that the issue was acknowledged and then denied adds further weight to a claim of deceptive or misleading business practices.I am requesting that Carvana:Honor the original promise made by the delivery associate and approve a full windshield repair or replacement at no cost to me.Provide a written response to this complaint within 24 hours If this issue is not resolved promptly and fairly, not only will I return the vehicle, I will have no choice but to also File a formal complaint with the ************************************************************ Submit a complaint with the Better Business Bureau Explore legal remedies through Pennsylvanias Magisterial District Court

I just purchased my 4th car from carvana. My first 2 experiences were very good. The third car I purchased arrived dirty, the detailing went downhill. After driving my third purchase from them, I decided to trade it back a couple months later. The car I selected arrived after being rescheduled 2x , dirty, missing half the emblem and the windows stuck from a terrible job trying to remove the tint. The reason I accepted it was because the driver was taking my trade in and insurance was already changed. I spoke to carvana and they tried to get me to keep the car and go through silverlight. Silverlight wouldn't approve the emblem being fixed, and only approved one window to have the layer of residue removed. In the meantime the tires started to get brake dust buildup that was not normal. I decided I needed them to take the car back and get something different. The car I chose was rescheduled a day before arriving to a new date stating it had issues. I changed my mind on the car due to my previous experience and ordered a different car. At the very last minute ONCE again the car was rescheduled to a week out. In the past 3 weeks I have had to have my insurance company change the policy to a different car 4 times. All of these issues has made my insurance company want to drop me, caused numerous issues with my job etc. I will never ever deal with Carvana again. So much time, energy and money negate the convenience. The phone representatives are terrible if you can even understand them. They are condescending and don't really care to help. Only 2 out of the collection were helpful.

Kept the process going for two weeks before they finally concluded they could not do what they said they could. Very unfortunate that companies allow this type of behavior and when spoken to about the treatment of their representatives they still refused to refund my payment. Very skeptical and now I know why people told me not to use them.

7 days has passed and upon closer inspection this *** has been wrecked in the rear. The back door does not line up and screws holding door have been tampered with. I paid a premium price for this CRV and expected a premium un-molested CRV. This was not addressed in the carfax or reflected in the price. This also tells me Carvana inspection was not through

Purchased a car on May 4th. Paid delivery fees, extra fees to have it delivered to my home, put it on insurance - the whole 9. Vehicle was to arrive by May 10th. This was to be a Mother's Day present. The listing said, "Get it by May 10th", so of course - that's what we are expecting. May 9th, get a message that it was delayed. No further info. I am asked to sign new contracts. I wait and try to "chat" with an 'advocate'. He is short with me and wouldn't give me any information. I call and speak to a nice woman who tells me it's a 'cosmetic issue', no further info. I ask, "what wasn't disclosed in the pictures? Did ya'll wreck it?" Apparently, I don't have the right to know what's going on with a vehicle that I have been approved for, is on my insurance, etc. We sign the new contracts and wait. New delivery date - May 16th.May 15th, get a text saying "we're on track" and that I should get everything ready for the new vehicle. I took off of work, we began moving things around (car seats and such), to get ready. At 2 AM -2 AM, mind you - they send an email saying its been delayed to the 22nd. I take a look at the listing again. The mileage has been changed. Instead of 82k, it now reads 83k. My original contracts and the ****** show 82k. I call and speak to 3 other people. Finally, I am told that there was no key to the car. This is a situation that can be remedied in less than an hour, yet they pushed it a week. The last person I spoke to with the Executive Resolutions Team said the mileage was due to them "testing the vehicle". I asked, "to drive and test it, wouldn't you need a key?" He responded, "yes", flatly. I get platitudes and scripted responses - no results. Further, in the small print at the bottom of a page in the contract it reads "delivery dates are estimates" This is no where on the website or app. A reasonable person would have a reasonable expectation that "Get in Monday", would mean they get the car on Monday. Shady, with terrible communication

We purchased a 2017 *** x5. Carvana makes the purchasing process smooth and easy, however anything after that was a disaster, to put it mildly. **************** was one of the worse experiences. They make it extremely difficult to talk to a human being and then when you finally get to someone they read from a script and are unable to tell you anything about the car you purchased. Our pick up was delayed 3 times and we were not given a reason why. We inquired multiple times and was not given a direct reason. It was extremely unsettling and ultimately we felt uncomfortable with continuing the process. We lost out on our delivery fee, which is Carvana policy. They were not transparent with what was going on with the car and why it was delayed 3 times. I would caution anyone trying to purchase a vehicle through Carvana.

First time Carvana experience. Summary: disappointed. I ordered and contracted on a truck but cancelled at the time of pickup because the truck was damaged in shipping, and did not have some of the stated options and features. The attendant at pickup said they have no shop, and that I could take it to a repair shop, get an estimate, then seek Carvana reimbursement. I declined since I felt the truck should be right before I take it. Carvana did me right: refunded both the shipping costs and down payment.
      Other points of mention:
      1. Carvana is all online: order, emails/texts for status, and use of their AI chat bot for questions.
      2. To finance, their interest rates are nearly double that of which I obtained on my own.
      3. My two lenders say they do NOT work with Carvana and two other online car dealers due to reported issues.
      4. I uploaded my insurance documents, but their AI scanner did not like that my name did not match my driver license. My insurance agent updated my policy
      5. When completing the Carvana finance documents with Docusign, my name was different than my driver license but I was not allowed to change it in Docusign
      6. When I arrived to pickup the truck, it was missing parts on the bed and front bumper likely during transport. Carvana says it would be up to me to fix this then request a reimbursement (they have no repair shop).
      7. The truck should have a power driver seat per their ad. It did not.
      8. The truck should have 17” wheels per the as. It does not. It has 20” wheels
      9. There is a warning flashing on the dash instrumentation about wheels/tires. Likely due to it having incorrect wheels and tires. They don’t fix this but the buyer can and request reimbursement from Carmax.
      10. There is an oil film across the entire rear axle housing, and the transfer case. Again, they don’t fix.
      11. It had an aftermarket muffler - very loud. They don’t fix this. Buyer can.
      12. Small Carvana dealership - there was no parking spot.
