      Carvana rescheduled my car delivery for over a month(3 different times, all the day before it was supposed to be delivered). I cancelled the order after getting the run around on why my car wasnt ready when they said it would be on their website. Now I am dealing with not receiving my deposit. **************** told me it would be ***** business days. Today is day 16 and still no refund(1200$) stay away from this company! They are criminals!

      Tried three weeks to sell a 50k vehicle to them they keep finding more reasons not to yet offers more than anyone .. I give them all paperwork yet they turn asking for something different.. poor service and they will not honor their offers

      Don't do it unless you're at one of their dealerships and inspect the vehicle in-person! I received my vehicle yesterday, 4/27/25. Overall, love the truck; however, there are two major issues that were never disclosed:1.The spare tire is missing 2.The windshield scratched/etched from bad wipers at some point The *** Point Inspection showed the following:#** Spare tire or Inflator Kit Marked as Fixed or Replaced I was called a few hours prior to my delivery by the driver and he noticed the vehicle didnt have a spare, but he did put a Fix-A-Flat kit in the back seat. Regardless, this is unacceptable that there wasnt a spare with the vehicle.#** Noted that wipers were replaced #*** Windshield Condition Marked as Passed #*** Clean All Windows Marked as Fixed or Replaced There is no way anyone would have inspected the windshield and thought it was okay or passed when looking at it at any time.When the vehicle was delivered to me, it appeared that maybe the wipers had been turned on and bugs had been smeared. Once I washed the vehicle I realized the scratches were in fact permanent.Other issues not disclosed, but I can deal with:Small dents/dings not pictured or noted Pitting/rust spots at the bottom of the passenger door panel Burn spots in the area above the glove box, the tray on the floor beneath the console, and the passenger side floor **** No vehicle manuals Carvan is basically telling me I'm burnt and they're sorry. A poor way to do business and only reinforces the shady car dealer stereotype.

      Worst experience ever unless you want to be stuck without a car don't buy from this place because that's what you're going to get delays now I'm probably going to lose my job thanks a lot carvana thanks a lot for nothing

      I would give negative stars if I could. They took the money for a car and never delivered it. When I asked questions about the car they lied to me and gave me false information about the car. Getting your money back through them is impossible and takes a long time. Now I have a hit on my credit that I cant get taken off. I would love someone to reach out to me about it, but I doubt they will. Do not give this company your money it is a waste of time.

      Sadly, like many others on here, we are left with repairing the vehicle we bought from Carvana and the only satisfaction we get is to leave a bad review. My daughter bought a 2020 ******* Kona from them. Almost immediately, but after the 7 day return, the car began having issues. Long story short: The Silver Rock warranty was worthless. Their shop threw parts at the car and had the car sit for 6 months with the same issue. The warranty expired and neither Silver Rock or Carvana will do anything because the warranty expired while they floundered around trying to figure out what was wrong or trying to get the warranty to expire so they weren't liable. Either way, we were left with the repairs on the vehicle. Calling Carvana and Silver Rock did nothing, do not trust their warranty process. They just said how sorry they were they couldn't help and they understood our frustration. Neither of those assurances were sincere. When you buy a car from a company you don't expect it to be undriveable for the first 6 months of ownership. If you decide to go with Carvana, be aware that this could be your experience as well.

      I was a big Carvana believer until today. You see, I purchased a 2024 ****** RAV4 with 6k miles about 6 months ago. Yesterday I was stranded on the interstate with a flat. I went to get out the spare tire, and come to find out, there was no ***** Luckily I had some friends come to my rescue. HOWEVER, when I contacted Carvana today about sending me a jack, they said that it isnt standard. Very disappointing that this company doesnt care about the safety of their customers, and that theyd rather save $30 than treat people right.

      If I could get zero stars I would, I had high hopes for Carvana, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The convenience of buying a car online sounded great, but it quickly turned into a mess. The car was delivered later than promised, and when it finally arrived, it had issues that were never disclosed including a strange noise from the engine and a malfunctioning infotainment system.Trying to get support was even worse. **************** was slow to respond, unhelpful, and kept giving me the runaround. I was left without a car for months!For a company that claims to make car buying easy, they really dropped the ball. I wouldnt recommend Carvana to anyone based on my experience

      Caveat Emptor (Let the Buyer Beware)1.) A few days after buying a ***** from Carvana, the electrical system went down. Had it towed to my mechanic. They told me a cheap, small battery had been MASK TAPED to the holder and it died. As a result I needed a new battery and alternator. I couldn't believe it.2.) A few weeks after that, the check engine light went on. My mechanic hooked it up to the computer and informed me that the car needed at new catalytic converter. That's a $2000 - $3000 job.3.)In addition, the car was supposed to have one previous owner. Imagine my surprise when I tried to hook up my phone to the bluetooth system and there were seven (7) prior phone numbers already in the system. Two with an Indian accent and five with an American standard dialect. Something tells me many more people used this car than just "one previous owner".4.) Oh, one more thing. They told me the car was inspected in March so I had a full year until it needed a new inspection. This was a full-bore lie. Sure, it was inspected - but in ********. I live in ************, and as a kind police officer let me know, when you bring a car into **, you have THIRTY days to get it inspected.I absolutely, positively, should have returned this lemon right away. But I was in a situation where I just started a new job with a killer commute and I couldn't take the time to go through the hassle with Carvana and still keep the new ****** impression is they had a lemon, polished it up, band-aided it together, and found a sucker to buy it.I will never buy a car from Carvana again.If even one person decides NOT to go with Carvana because of what I've written, then my job here is done.

      I purchased a vehicle from carvana ******* and I was excited when ****** delivered my car because it was the car I always wanted! But after she delivered the car and took my info I was ready to ride,so about 5 minutes after she left I called her and asked her to come back because I left something in the car. She asked what I left I said my ***-Ban glasses,she said she would look for them,I called her back a couple of times but she stopped answering my calls, Carvana has the worst dishonest people delivering the vehicles. I won't purchase another vehicle from this company.
