      The have sold us a truck with rust cover up work done before the sale. This is fraud and The whole frame of the truck is covered in rust and the truck is now worthless. They refuse to help and are acting like this is my problem. See you in court

      Just Want to say do not use carvana unless you like to ******.Bought a **** ranger that had issues from day 1. to exchange vehicles they do a trade which does a pull on your credit report. Decided to get a diagnostic on the truck when I find out the company that repairs go through is silver rock. Every time a new issue was found they want me to pay a deductible of $100 even before my 14 days of no money down for issues. Now that I am past that I have to pay it even though the original problem is still occuring. **************** were very polite in telling me oh well

      BUYER BEWARE.... DO NOT use this company to buy a used vehicle. The online buying process is a complete nightmare. I received funding on my own, which I think was part of the issue as they want to be able to offer financing to make more money. They claim they were unable to verify my credit union checks although my credit union did speak with them and verified all funding days before the scheduled pick up of the vehicle. I received notice via email, text and my dashboard that everything had cleared after they spoke to my credit union. I showed up the scheduled day to pick up my vehicle and was told right before i was supposed to "drop the coin" to take possession of the vehicle that they were unable to verify the checks and I could not take the vehicle home. No one at the 800 number at Carvana was able to assist us and confirm that the checks were indeed verified 4 days beforehand. No one told us there was still an issue. In fact, we received reminder calls and texts to arrive on time to our appointment to take delivery of the vehicle. I was told we would have to start the process all over again after I had already obtained the funds and insured the vehicle. We were then advised to mail the checks to corporate HQ to allow the checks to clear (minimum 1 week) and try to pick up the vehicle 2 weeks later. I canceled the purchase and refused to start the process over again when I had done everything as required. They have no capable person that can communicate with the financing/underwriting team. The manager of the ************, MD location was not at the branch and when contacted, said he was unable to do anything to facilitate us getting the vehicle. From our experience, every time you speak with an advocate through their toll free number, you get different answers. No one works to resolve the issue. There is no dedicated person to communicate with consistently about your car purchase, which is part of the problem. They take no accountability.

      They sold me a car that had front alignment issues and the front tires needed replacing after only 4000 miles, but the worst part is that they have after market locking lug nuts on the tires and did not send the lug nut key so now I have to pay to have all lug nuts removed and replaced to the tune of $500.00 which they will not compensate for and I drive my car for a living and am out work for 3 days. I'm never buying from them again.

      I wish I could give them less than 1 star. I purchased a 2019 ******** with less that ****** miles and Ive had nothing but problems since I bought it. I tried to return it within the days allotted and they went on to say I should use their limited warranty and they will fix the problems. I kept being told that theres nothing wrong with the car and now I am having to deal with check engine light and driving issues, clunking sounds. The car feels like its falling apart. All I am getting from customer service is that they cant help and Ive only put ***** miles. Im so dissatisfied and I have learned my ****** to never purchase a car from them again. I went with them because buying a car gives me anxiety, but I guess at this point I rather deal with that than be taken advantage of again.

      Worst experience ever, I recently brought a car from there and it already has problems this place is a scam and sells lemons. My car still has paper tags and I am having issues I have taken it too car places in network and they dont want to deal with silver rock. I am now looking for a lawyer to see if I can file a lawsuit against them so that this never happens to anyone else. I put ***** down just for the car to have problems all within weeks of having it I am so disappointed mad and frustrated then they want me to pay car note on a car that is not even reliable to get me back and forth to work. This place is no good they selling cars that literally work for 7days so that they can steal your money and tie you down to a loan for a car with problems with a warranty thats trash. THIS PLACE IS A MUST SCAM BEWARE!!!

      Frustrating Experience with CARVANAs Military-Unfriendly Policy Ive spent the last two weeks trying to purchase a vehicle through CARVANA, and its been nothing but frustration and wasted time. As an ******************** member temporarily stationed in ***********, I went through the full ordering processonly to be told I needed a Mississippi drivers license to proceed. I explained ***eatedly that Im only here on military orders, and that by law, Im not required to change my license or home of record.Despite that, ********************* rigid policy insisted on a state license. I tried to cancel, but then another *** would call, saying they could work it out. That led me to start the process all over againseveral timeseach time with the hope that it would finally work. Meanwhile, a substantial down payment was pending the entire time.Every time I canceled, I was told it would take 35 business days for my refund. That money could have gone toward a local purchase with less hassle and more respect for my military status. Mississippi law only requires that I show my ordersnot change my licenseand yet CARVANA wouldnt ******** this point, I feel like Ive been tricked and led along just to prolong the process and tie up my money. Its incredibly disappointing. CARVANAs policies seem out of touch with military life, and the runaround I experienced made it clear that convenience is only a selling point when everything goes perfectly. For those serving on orders out of statelook elsewhere.

      We picked up our 2023 Nissan Rogue at the ***************** store. The second time we started it the "Oil and Maintenance" warning came on. This in spite of a sticker on the windshield saying Carvana had changed the oil. I took it to the ****** dealer who confirmed the warning and said there was no evidence that the ****** mile service has been performed (the car had ***** when we picked it up). So we had that work done as well. I called Carvana within the 7 day return period and told them I would like to keep the car but would like to be reimbursed for the service work especially the oil change. I was referred to Silver Rock who made a claim and then denied it. It should never have been up to ***********. My conclusion is their vaunted inspection is a joke. Hev your car looked at before you commit. I thin Carvana--not Silver Rock--still owes me for this work as they deceived me.

      Carvana published an available car and provided its "150 point inspection", all of which passed. I made the purchase, I sent the money, then two days later they called and said they're cancelling the purchase because "they found something with the car that makes it unsellable", but I could apply the money to a different vehicle. Couldn't tell me what was wrong. Couldn't tell me how the car passed its original inspection only for something so serious as to make it unsellable to come up. Classic bait and switch. I was told I'd get my money back, but they didn't actually initiate the reversal until I needed to call them again and have them escalate my ticket (two weeks later). No interest paid, of course. I happen to be lucky that I didn't need that money to immediately buy another car, but for someone who was relying on that sent money to purchase a car having that money withheld for two weeks would be terrible.
