      Extremely Disappointed – Still No Refund After 2 Weeks!
      I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Carvana. I paid a $690 down payment for a vehicle that was later canceled by Carvana themselves due to missing documents. They promised a full refund within 7–10 business days. It has now been over two weeks, and I still have not received my money.
      I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, through both live chat and email. Every time, I receive the same generic response:
      “Please wait a few more days.”
      No one is taking responsibility. No one is giving me a real answer. Just copy-paste replies and endless delays.
      What’s even more disappointing is that Carvana advertises a 7-day money-back guarantee and a stress-free online buying process. In reality, my experience has been the exact opposite: disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely stressful.
      I’ve now had to contact my bank for a chargeback, and I will be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
      This isn’t just bad customer service — it feels like negligence and complete disregard for customers' trust and money.
      Carvana, if you care about your reputation, do the right thing and issue my refund immediately.
      Buyers beware: If something goes wrong, don’t expect Carvana to fix it quickly or even care.

      I started the buying process and before I finalized, I canceled the order they still took the down payment out of my account. Prior to any agreement and not they are telling me 10-15 day for a refund. Why not just stop the process I do not know never again.

      Sold the car to Carvana and they asked me to renew the registration with my DMV before I could sell my vehicle. After selling my vehicle within 6 days of renewing my registration, I'm stuck paying for a whole year of registration even though I just sold the vehicle! Couldn't get a refund at all or compensation for their rules. I renewed it in good faith with doing business with Carvana and am down an expensive registration fee.

      Horrible experience all the way around! First off, the company used pictures from another car and did not disclose several issues with the car online. This is very shady anytime, but when you are purchasing online it's worse. Then, the person who got the car for me told me I would have a week to fix any issues, but Carvana would not let me get reimbursed for a chipped windshield or some undisclosed damage to the cargo area. My mechanic also broke the news that the suspension fluid "was leaking like crazy" and if I drove it this could do damage to the suspension system. The claim provider, SilverRock, was very incompetent and didn't approve the claim for 3.5 days and several calls from myself and my mechanic. I also had to pay a deductible for a mechanical problem that the Carvana mechanics missed. I've only had the car for two weeks (it was in the shop for most of this time), so we will see, but I could not be more disappointed already. I do not recommend working with this incompetent and unethical business.

      Dear Carvana Customer Support,Im writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with two vehicle purchases from Carvanaboth of which reflect serious issues with quality, inspection, and transparency.?First Vehicle Dodge Durango (Returned)My first purchase was a Dodge Durango, which arrived in poor, unsafe condition with:Undisclosed auction history Multiple body damages Bald tires Carvana approved a return after I raised these concerns.?Replacement Vehicle 2020 **** Explorer I exchanged the Durango for a 2020 **** Explorer, but it too has had persistent and unresolved mechanical problems, including:Cross Traffic System Fault, Blind Spot System Fault, and window malfunction Side mirror regulator failure New fault: Auto Hold System FaultWater leak due to improperly reinstalled door seals and windshield frame Multiple repair attempts (by both local and ****-affiliated shops) have failed to resolve the issues, despite involvement from the warranty provider, SilverRock.?Inspection and Maintenance Negligence Despite Carvanas promise of a 150-point inspection, I found the following upon delivery:Dirty engine oil Low, degraded coolant Worn brake pads Pitch-black cabin and engine air filters This indicates no proper inspection or basic servicing was done prior to sale.?Requested Resolution Given the pattern of issues across both vehicles, I am requesting:1.A full investigation into both vehicle conditions at sale 2.Compensation for time, inconvenience, and repair costs 3.A vehicle buyback, replacement, or trade-in option 4.Full and permanent repairs at no cost if I retain the vehicle If unresolved, I am prepared to escalate this complaint through consumer protection agencies and legal avenues.

      We scheduled our vehicle pickup with Carvana over a week ago, making sure everything was in place for the assigned timeFriday between 5 PM and 8 PM. As it got close to 8 PM, we called to confirm, and the representative assured us the appointment was still active and that the pickup team should be on the ****** the time passed, no one showed up. The representative informed us there were no notes or updates and, shockingly, no way to contact the pickup team directly. All they could do was add a note in the system. Their system still showed everything was on track.This was the only day that both owners listed on the car title were available at the same time. We rearranged our entire day, canceled plans, and prepared everything in advance, only for nothing to happen.After waiting over an hour past the scheduled window, we finally received a generic text message stating the pickup team couldnt make itand we were now rescheduled for the following Monday at a completely random time. That is not acceptable. Friday was the only day that worked for us, and we had been planning this for nearly two weeks.This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. We were left in the dark, wasted hours of our day, and now have to start the process all over again. I would never recommend working with this company after this experience.

      This company tried to pull my credit an excessive number of times for someone who was NOT me , do not trust they use a thorough verification process . If I could leave No stars I would .
